   Part of this gym from 2016 and had to move out because of the service detoriation from the last one year.. The hygiene quality in this gym and pool has gone down and the equipments keep failing and won't be available for weeks at stretch with no compensation on the monthly charges charged. Now I cancel my contract with a month's notice(as per their policy), but still they will debit my account the following month again.. Now it is been 6 weeks am chasing their finance teams for refund and they don't have any clue of when my refund will be made, making customer suffer for their mistake !!! Very disappointed to know how they treat loyal customer of so many years for a mere £42 (am not sure how many more days they need to release this amount) or are they bankrupt for £42.. Will keep this thread updated..

   This gym is the best by far in Solihull. I originally used a £5 guest pass here and the process was so easy. The communication from staff, along with the guidance on how to redeem it was very helpful. I communicated through Gavin, who had excellent customer service skills and was very poliet. I recommend this club to anyone who wants a quiet, sociable and relaxing atmosphere.

   They offer a day pass to try it out for £5. I have emailed and somebody named Gavin only got back to me once and never answered after I asked to come in. My boyfriend had exactly the same problem and only received a response at 11pm after leaving a review on here. Do you, mr Gavin have a problem with us trying your gym??? and why exactly?

   Staff there are so friendly, the facilities although small, are perfect and it is not as busy as a regular gym. No judgement from anyone and it is just an overall nice atmosphere. The pool, sauna, jacuzzi and steam room are definitely are a winning combination! If you are looking for a gym in the local area of Solihull, I would definitely have a walk around this hidden gem.

   I have been a member since 1997 and i have seen the changes from Queens Moathouse to Crowne Plaza, Still the same but al lot of changes in personnel, please keep it the same if possible

   Great facilities, staff and quiet. Ideal place as a gym if you like less of the macho scenario to keep healthy. Staff are super helpful and generally a nice atmosphere to be in.

   Fantastic gym. Extremely well run by the manager and her team. Nice mix of people. Mainly mature people 35/40 + during the mornings when I attend. Great parking and facilities in the hotel too.

   Hotel gym, needs updating. Worn out equipment, pool area lighting is very bad with 70% of bulbs gone. Staff are lovely. Have not renewed here this year.
