   Best driving experience I have had. Shak was able to provide me with lessons at such short notice, taking over from a previous instructor, insuring that I would be able to get to my test date. Shak is a great instructor, his lessons and instructions are easy to follow and he has really helped to build my confidence. He's always happy to provide further explanation, make suggestions and the videos he makes are such a big help too. I really feel that these lessons have put me in with the best chance of passing my test.

   After not passing my first test, I took 10 hours of lessons with this school and successfully passed. The instructor was very helpful in explaining road situations clearly and identifying the areas I needed to improve.    Highly recommend! Shakoor is an excellent instructor and incredibly proficient. Lessons have always started on time, and there was clear communication throughout. He was incredibly detailed and would identify and resolve issues and weaknesses in my driving that many would overlook. His constructive criticism allowed me to understand and improve my mistakes. I was very nervous and unconfident, and he constantly kept me calm and put my worries at ease. He has always been patient and supportive. Everything is taught in a very efficient manner. Shakoor is a well-spoken and respectful individual and has been easygoing and friendly whilst also maintaining professionalism. With his guidance, I passed quickly and became a more skilled driver. He's always going the extra mile and has helped improve my standard of driving immensely, not just for the practical, but also driving in general. I cannot recommend Shakoor enough.    Shak was my first driving instructor. During my first lesson, he was very impatient (he shouted at me several times because I made reasonable mistakes - I am an educator and I'd never do this to my students). I swept that under the rug. My 2nd lesson was okay. From there onwards, he cancelled on me 4 times, he literally cancelled 1 or 2 hours before the session. He was unreliable and unprofessional. My experience with him was a waste of time, money and my precious energy. If you book him please bear in mind that you could be disappointed as he will be unable to deliver.
