“We had the most incredible experience at Hounslow Urban Farm and I say that as a regular visitor. The staff are consistently friendly, calm and genuinely helpful. You can tell they care deeply about the animals and about giving children a proper, hands on experience rather than something rushed or staged. My son did the Ranger Experience for his birthday and he genuinely said it was the best day of his life. He fed the pigs, groomed a Shetland pony, fed and hugged the sheep and goats and was encouraged to get fully involved the whole time. The animals are clearly well loved and cared for and very friendly, which makes the experience feel safe, interactive and memorable rather than just observational. It feels personal, warm and thoughtfully run. As someone who visits regularly, I can honestly say the quality never drops. Highly recommend!”

“These guys are awesome at what they do. I've now taken my range rover sport to them twice and have had an excellent service both times. This time round the car developed a service light fault, the guys managed to sort within an hour and have the car ready. They were honest in the fact it was an easy fix for them this time round as the car responded first time to their software update and did not feel it warranted them charging me for it, what garage does that!!
