   I had an appointment with the lovely Alejandra and I cannot tell you how incredible my hair looks! she did a lovely natural painted balayage and matched the tones I wanted to achieve perfectly. the salon is spotless and I could enjoy some of the 4 seasons food and drinks whilst I waited for my bleach to set. I cannot recommend the salon and the lovely Alejandra enough.

   I feel so lucky to have found Alejandra at Gilley Green Salon. Not only does she consistently do an amazing job with my hair — really understanding its texture and what works for me — but she brings such a calm, grounding energy to every appointment. It’s more than just a haircut; it feels like self-care for both my hair and my spirit. She has a beautiful, intuitive sense for what will make you look and feel your best, and there’s a peacefulness to her approach that makes the whole experience relaxing and restorative. I always leave feeling lighter, more confident, and somehow more centered. If you’re looking for someone who truly gets hair and brings a thoughtful, soulful presence to her work, I can’t recommend her enough.

   I am in love with this salon and will be making it my go to salon when I'm in London! The service was everything you expected; welcoming, professional, high-end. A calming scalp massage helps you first relax, before the brilliant and talent Steve does his magic! He is such an open person and easy to have a conversation with just about any topic all the while he shows off his 20+ years talent! I would recommend to make an appointment because it can get busy and you don’t want to miss out. It is a hidden gem that if you didn’t look into the hotel website you might miss (and personally I think it should be one of the first things that pop-up on the website).

   Review I found the salon based on the search for: (a) central location, convenient to reach; (b) super easy booking with quite sophisticated app that was easy to use, I needed balayage and haircut, app aligned my schedule for both. At the salon, Maya took time to consult on the procedure, demonstrated potential outcomes (as harder to get exact colour with my hair type), showed pictures and suggested to take a test and return for the appointment when the test results were in. She was very patient with me changing my mind several times during the consultation and did not pressure me (very appreciated), she remained calm, kind, and professional during the entire process. I loved the outcome, as the result was exactly what I had in mind (and came with the “sample” pictures). I also had haircut with Steve, who also listened to my needs and provided extensive consultation on after the cut / balayage treatment, showed how to style my new haircut and provided several options. They both were very attentive and professional, definitely returning for my next treatment.

   Jolie was the not only very professional, but also very patient and kind. I don’t trust many with cutting and styling my hair, but she sat down with me, assessed the condition of my hair, asked me as many questions as needed in order to make sure that she understood my needs and goals. Plus, she gave me advice regarding what would suit not only my face shape, but also my hair texture. I am over the moon thanks to her magical hands. I will definitely come back over and over again!
