Second time I’ve come to this salon to get my haircut done by Afra who is the most loveliest lady ever. She does an excellent job at cutting my hair. The service is always fast and amazing. I’ve had no issues whatsoever. I would recommend this salon to anyone especially if you are a muslim woman who wears hijab, they also have a private haircut room.
I love blowouts and get them regularly, I have got a blowout from everywhere I’ve traveled to in the world and let me just say this salons blowouts don’t disappoint. I recently moved here from the States and was trying to find a good salon to do my hair when I found this one and I’m so happy I did. I’ve came here at least 6-7 times already and left so satisfied not only do they make the blowouts look amazing they also last for a while so you are definitely getting your moneys worth. Last time I went I also got my eyebrows threaded and the lady did them so nice. I already have kind of complicated eyebrows and she was able to make them look amazing without telling her what to do. This place is definitely worth it and I recommend everyone come here.
I went to get a balayage on 25/11/25. I’ve been to a lot of salons but this place was by far the best. The team were very warm, friendly and professional. Marwa did my hair and she did it better than I imagined, her work is truly amazing. Will definitely be back!
I got my hair wash, cut and blow dry by Marwa today and was highly pleased with the end result. She did an amazing job and made sure I was happy throughout the entire process and did exactly what I asked for. I highly recommend this place, and it is also perfect for hijabis as they have a private room!
This was the worst nail salon experience I’ve ever had. The manicurist worked so roughly that I was literally shouting and jumping from the pain. It was obvious they were not professionally trained and could not even communicate in English, making the service unsafe and distressing. Beforehand, I asked the receptionist how much nail removal would cost and even showed my nails to confirm. Despite this, when it came time to pay, they changed the price without warning. This is misleading and unfair trading, which is unlawful under the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008. On top of that, neither the manicurist nor the receptionist offered any apology for the pain or the intimidation I felt. Instead, I was left terrified, disrespected, and pressured to pay more than I had agreed to. This salon should not be allowed to operate because they are: Endangering public health and safety by letting unqualified and possibly unlicensed staff carry out nail services. Breaching consumer rights by changing the agreed price (a violation of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and unfair trading regulations). Failing duty of care by causing physical harm and emotional distress. I will be reporting this salon to Trading Standards, the local council licensing authority, and Environmental Health. I expect a full refund immediately, and I strongly warn others to avoid this place until they are investigated and held accountable.
Jessy was fabulous! I have short wavy hair and my last cut at a previous salon was terrible. Jessy listened really carefully to what I wanted, gave me good feedback and has fixed it in one visit and I am very pleased. I have just moved to the area and will definitely be a regular customer. The salon is really cute too... Highly recommended.
Horrible customer service. I am so disappointed. I asked for a warm brown colour and left with with red roots and ashy hair on the remaining part of my hair. After I called I went back, they toned the hair (which clearly needed a redo) instead of a hair colour, but the result was still the same only darker. They then wanted me to come back for a third appointment, which I missed and they refused to do anything else without me paying for essentially them fixing their mistake. The owner was telling about how it would put them at a loss - why would you tell your clients about this being your financial loss when you are fixing something you did wrong? Their money was more important than ensuring client satisfaction and proper service. The owner and manager was also rude and condescending over the phone. I was a regular who even recommended the place to others before, I am at loss for words at this unprofessionalism. Will never go again and will make sure my family and friends who went after I told them to, don’t return. Even they told me that the people there were rude during their visit so it won’t take much.
I started going to Maryam (especially for waxing) during my pregnancy. With my big belly, I couldn’t manage to do it myself and I had tried a few salons before her. I can say I am her permanent customer now. I can’t think of going to anyone else. It is because of the customer service, well trained beauticians and a beautiful salon ambiance they maintain to cater to their customers. I highly recommend this place. Give it a try and see for yourself.
Do not recommend this place at all. Awful customer service, I called three times to confirm that myself and a friend want our hair done at the same time and the lady said that’s all fine after travelling to the salon from Waterloo and being mega early and waiting they told us we can only do one of you not both blah blah. The young girl on the counter was extremely rude and unprofessional. Was first time coming here and was not a good experience. Wasted our time and money. Will not ever use this “salon” for anything. Do not recommend this place. The staffs attitude is awful.
Wonderful salon, highly accommodating to our last min booking for three little girls. Treated my little lady with professionalism, a real salon treatment. Great hair cut, Jess was fantastic. Would definitely book again
