Wasted 3 hours of my time due to poor organization and dishonesty. Confirmed upon arrival they had the hair for my braids. After waiting 3 hours, they then said they didn't have it. During my wait, they prioritised multiple people who came after me, falsely claiming those people had appointments. Absolutely no respect for customers' time or basic customer service principles.
Professional service, very hospitable, polite and courteous - made you feel welcome and at ease - always offered refreshments. Had single plaits with Kaneroll - very happy with the results - have been back several times - would highly recommended.
I went to Lilystar to get my hair in custom cornrows & was fortunate to have Lily do my hair. She was incredibly sweet & helpful in every way from the time I booked the appointment to the offer of tea/coffee/water to recreating the exact look i was going for when i showed her a picture. It came out beautiful & received compliments from different people from that day onwards! No doubt I will be coming back for future hairstyles as the service was impeccable ❤️
5 star service every time I’ve been there. All the staff are friendly and all are good at their job so your spoilt for choice of who to choose. They can do all types of hair my hair is Afro I’ve brought my European friends here and they leave very satisfied also, highly recommend to any first timers or veterans
