Not the same as before!!! Service is horrible, they are absolutely not polite. I went for my eyebrows and they looked so horrible I wanted to cry! Unfortunately Rozi is not the same anymore. I would definitely never come back in here!
Had eyebrow threading and she did a great job. Even finished with a relaxing massage of my eyebrows with the soothing cream. Very polite service too. FYI generally cash only.
Absolutely filthy - do not recommend getting nails done here (or any other treatment). The salon itself was riddled with flies and unsanitary. I watched the nail tech put a foam toe separator in the bin and take it back out without washing hands. Tools were clearly not in sanitary liquid in between uses. My nails were chipped and fallen off entirely after 48 hours.
There's a lot to unpack for this shop. Workers are rude and burned me on the curing lamp and told me to sit still when I jousted. Shellac was mediocre and design wasn't what I asked for. I called asking an enquiry and they repeatedly told me to wait. However, the eyebrow salon was well and no problems to report there. Prices are OK too. I don't know if I will be returning
I been here so many times and they don’t know how to put a fake nail on straight I’m disappointed in them now they use to be good now I don’t think so
I’ve been getting my nails done with Laua for around 9 years now and have followed him to every shop he’s worked at; a man of few words but he’s amazing at what he does , I would never go anywhere else for acrylics. The ladies who do eyebrows are mainly there on a Saturday and the one time I went in to get them threaded and dyed they looked perfect! I’m very fussy about my nails and brows too. Thanks Laua as always
imagine i payed £20 for acrylic nails for him to put on stick on nails and just paint over them and say they was acrylic and after i went back the next day becuase all of them fell off he try say no he’s not giving me a refund and he threw the money in my face like one dog on my life dpmo
I would give nonstarts if that was an option. I got acrylic nails done. I was the last person to be seen before closing time and I could feel I was being rushed. At the time I didn’t analyse the nails but once I got home and paid attention to the acrylics I realised every nail was a different thickness and length. I got French tips done and not a single white tips looks even similar let alone the same. So I called the next day to let them know if I can come in and show them and if they can either fix the work or just remove it all together but the guy on the phone refused to even listen and kept hanging up. After calling back 3 times the man said he isn’t working and said he will not do anything as I should’ve realised on the day. Please do not waste your money on this rubbish place. Worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon.
Just went here on the off chance for a mani and pedi. I don’t know the guys name who did it but it was honestly the best pedicure I’ve ever ever had. So thorough and my feet feel like I’m walking on a cloud. I sometimes hate the awkward chit chat in a salon and just want an hour of not talking or looking at my phone. The guy let me sit in peace and quiet and was gentle but thorough. Now I know this place exists I’ll be back more often!
