I arranged appointments for my daughter in law and I. It was a bit last minute - we were in London for a birthday party. We were made very welcome and we were both pleased with the results. There was a genuine feeling in the salon that they wanted things to be right. Thank you.
As soon as I walked in, everyone was super friendly. I would like to give special thanks to Tyler who attended me throughout my hair cut and leg wax session. She is incredibly professional and immaculate with the hair cut, I was indecisive over what I wanted and I felt I could easily talk to Tyler openly about what I wanted and decided to go for a short hair cut from my typically long hair and I feel so comfortable and happy with the results and I don't even miss my long hair anymore. Tyler was very hospitable and checked with me if I needed water/tea and felt very looked after. The leg wax session was super quick and spotless in results and she made it painless through the process. I am definitely coming back here again for my next session as I can rely on them knowing exactly what I want. Thank you Tyler ❤
I visited for a haircut and absolutely loved the shop and the professionalism. Had a great time and got a great haircut that absolutely suited me. The salon is very clean and hygienic too!
I was desperate for a haircut and was really happy to find this salon. It's a lovely place and the service is great. Kristel really took the time to listen to what I wanted and explained what she was doing every step of the way. I'm very happy with the end result. Will be going back!
I have allergies to latex & other chemicals that makes going to get my hair done a big risk. I found this salon when I first moved to London, & I have never been anywhere else. They actually listened to my concerns & go out of their way to keep track of when their products change formula so I need another patch test. Onay works with me to come up with amazing ideas for corporate-safe hair that still lets me be me.
