   Had a 90-min pamper session. The deep cleansing facial was amazing- so relaxing and did a very good thorough job and my skin felt amazing after. This also included a back massage and scrub, which was a bit short but still felt great

   The staff is not well trained and capable at all – I went for a simple haircut but the treatment was awful. The person washing my hair got water all over my head and the person cutting my hair was working in a very rushed and hasty manner. She even hurt me a few times with the brush and dryer. NEVER GOING BACK!

   Horrible and disgusting service. Staff was ok but professionals extremely rubbish. That's my haircut and fixing cut. I lost my beautiful hairs and 28£ ! Really unhappy and disappointed. NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!!!

   Extremely good service. I went here to get my eyebrows (threading) and upper lip (waxing) done. Zabeen was very gentle and patient and did an amazing job! Prices are reasonable and the place is kept very clean and neat. Definitely recommended.

   I have been a regular at this place since almost an year now. I go there for threading, hollywood and other wax, facial as well as hair cut and colour. Zabeen always did a great job as I desired. I have acne prone skin so she made sure the facial products were well suited for me. I also got hollywood done while 36 weeks pregnant and she was incredibly gentle and mindful of my situation. Each of my visit here has been extremely relaxed and calming.
