    I went for a hair cut, blow dry and cut. It seemed like the hairdresser didn’t care much about my hair. She shampooed it on the surface with no cleaning of the scalp and then didn’t use conditioner properly. When she began cutting she showed less care about the product and water being sprayed on my face and didn’t really section the hair properly before cutting my hair. I was worried the hair cut is going to look bad because she just started cutting it after random sectioning. I only wanted blowdry but she persuaded me to curl my hair and charged me for it. I felt like the hairdresser only cared about billing me and getting the job done quick rather than actually making sure the customer is happy. The look at the end turned out a bit frizzy because of the way she did it but she wouldn’t even let me have a look. She literally brought the payment machine as soon as she was done and wanted me out. Would not recommend.

    It was a spontaneous decision to have my hair done after I went for my nails. I was travelling next day and my regular hairstylist was away and I don’t usually experiment with new places. But what a nice surprise!!! I love my hair, the colour is just right and I love how the stylist evened my two tone hair. I think I found my new hairdresser and I’ll be back. Thank you!

    Don’t recommend for highlights!! I used to go to the salon until I had a highlights job done very poorly: it was marked and not done from the roots properly. I pointed it out at the day it was done but I was ignored, that was so bad. Overall I didn’t had any compensation for the mistake only extra time and money wasted on correcting the roots myself and visiting the salon to hear that I would have to wait and do the highlights again, on my own cost of course. Maybe the salon has too many customers because I didn’t feel they wanted to keep me as one. Edit: In response to the reply: I was a customer for years, you are totally right, but since you started having new staff and delivering work to them the quality fell quite a lot. When I pay a highlight I don’t want a new hairdresser that cannot communicate with me, it’s very hard and not fair priced for the customer too. I’m not spinning the situation, at the day no one offered me to fix the mistake, I went home not happy with the results. If it was offered I would had stayed for sure. I used to like your services Flutura but you have to make sure either people are well trained or fair priced for someone starting or at least a clear communication when mistakes happen. When I did my visit at the hair dresser to fix the issue, think about it, I was going out of my way: I paid full price, didn’t have good results, had to fix myself spending time and money and then I’m spending more time getting at your salon to hear something that you could have asked me on a text message. There was no consideration for my time at any point at all. And no you didn’t mention at your salon that I would have a discount. I completely agree with you, we all make mistakes but the trust is gone because of the way you treated that mistake. Why it wasn’t fixed at the time it was made? I am really really sorry to say that I can’t 100% recommend you anymore.
