“I have been seeing Aleena Jose for 5 weeks now and she has been fantastic. I couldn't move my neck when I started and now I have full movement and I have ongoing exercises to improve in the future. She is very hands on and really got to the root of the issue quickly. I cannot recommend the clinic enough and in particular Aleena for her kind and professional manner. Thank you”

“My little one and I have just completed the Baby Development course run by Frances. As a new mum it's quite nerve-wracking trying a baby sensory class wondering whether it's the right one for you and your baby, and having tried a few it's safe to say that we have found the perfect class for me and my baby. The classes have been quite small and intimate which has allowed us to get to know Frances well, as well as interact with other new mums. She is really invested in all the babies and parents that attend her session. We love her sessions, have learnt baby massage skills which I still use on my baby every evening as part of his bed time routine as well as some of the sign language and songs. We can't wait for discovery tots which is the next level up from baby development.”

“Our son has been attending Bexley Forest Nursery and Pre School for 2 years and he has really enjoyed his time here. It is a wonderful environment for children to play in and the staff are fantastic and very caring. We could have sent him to a nursery nearer to our house but I'm so glad we chose Bexley Forest and we will send his sibling there as well when he is old enough. Very highly recommended!”

“I stay here regularly for business, all the staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms are always clean and apart from the occasional issue with streaming devices to the TV there's never been any issues. Could maybe add some specials to the dinner menu for a bit of variety but that's just being picky........”

“Both my daughters attended singing lessons here and within a few months their singing voices had massively improved. They both really enjoyed the classes and really liked that it was a smaller class, which allowed them to learn and focus more on their voices. The perks as a parent was the shows at the end of each term and I was very impressed that you received a report on their progress and what they would be working on to improve next. It also was an added bonus that some acting was apart of the session as the girls are actresses, so they received an extra lesson with Little voices in a smaller setting. Both girls obtained a distinction in their first LAMDA singing exam and was very pleased with themselves, especially my youngest daughter who started out not being able to sing confidently. Would definitely recommend Little Voices, Lucy is a talented and great teacher.”

“My son has been attending since he turned 2 in March 2024. I couldn't be more happy with Tish and her team. The children's welfare and happiness is of the most importance. They staff are all so loving and kind and you can see they are happy because they have amazing leadership. Tish has gone above and beyond for my son and your child will definitely not be a number. I honestly can't thank the team enough for the love and care they give my son. She is so invested in making sure the children reach their full potential and being where they should be or getting them the help to do so. My son will be staying with them until he starts reception as I know he is in the best place.”

“Have to say got no complaints about the king Harolds way surgery, always find the receptionists friendly and professional, can be hard getting an appointment but think that is the same at all surgeries at the moment. Recently saw Dr Samra who has to be one of the nicest Dr's I've ever met, very professional but caring and friendly at the same time.”
