“My kitten stayed here in December, his first time in a cattery. I was a very anxious cat mummy as Dylan is a rescue. I cannot praise this establishment enough. Not only did they post pictures and videos on their fb page . But they told me I could email if I was concerned. They replied promptly to all my emails and constantly reassured me . I had one very calm ,happy kitty when I returned from my holiday . So much so that I've booked him in for our holiday in July . The staff are so caring and so passionate about what they do , that no matter how anxious I feel about leaving my fur baby , I have every confidence that they will give him the same care and love as if he was their own and if I have a wobble they won't delay in letting me know that he is happy and ok . They even let me come and look round and meet the staff before his first stay . 10/10 on every aspect of my Dillsy's stay”

I am usually an anxious patient but I felt completely at ease with him. I had a general check up with a scale and polish (all NHS) and he did a brilliant job. I then wanted to book a hygienist appointment for a deeper clean (I am 3.5 years overdue), and there was no availability until late September. As I'm getting married in a couple of weeks the receptionist suggested I ask the dentist if he'd mind doing it for me and he kindly agreed. Everyone was very friendly and accomodating, I highly recommend them.”
