I went to see Nicola on the 24th of December as I had a build up of war wax which was causing me discomfort. Nicola was really patient with me and I can now hear my partner moan at me which probably wasn't what I intended. I would highly recommend Nicola.
Having read other reviews on here I am confused. My experience has been very poor. I have so many complaints and issues it's easier to just list them. 1. I originally booked an appointment for 12pm on Wed 5/11. I received a bizarre voicemail and subsequently an email telling me the business would be closing at 11am that day - usual closing time according to their website is 10pm. Having responded to the email as instructed and got zero response I finally managed to get through to their call centre after a wait of over 10 minutes to rebook my appointment for 4pm on Thur 6/11. 2. I arrived at the business around 10 mins early and rang the doorbell as instructed. No response for over 5 minutes. By the time somebody buzzed us in there were 4 of us waiting on the street - I had to physically bang on the door to get attention. 3. At just after 4pm (my appointment time) it turned out 2 of the 3 people waiting had been booked for the same time - I was one of these people so just let the elderly gentleman go straight in for his treatment. 4. The building itself is very strange. There are multiple businesses inside but no reception desk etc. The whole set up is extremely disorganised and confusing for customers. 5. Having finally got in for my treatment at around 420pm I was concerned by the communication problems due to the lack of fluent English from my therapist. This was my first experience of microsuction and a full explanation etc would've been most welcome. 6. The treatment itself lasted less than 1 minute on each ear for which you are promptly charged £59 - £35 of which you are forced to pay in advance. I could carry on but I think you get the message. I will not be returning to this business and would not recommend it to anyone. AVOID.
I’ve been putting off having this treatment but I don’t know why I was worried! Very quick & painless. I was talked through what to expect & was told the level of blockage that there was, & how healthy my skin & eardrum was looking, so it was really informative as well as effective. I will recommend.
This is the second time I have used the Clear Earwax Clinic and on both visits was very happy with the service. Very easy to book an appointment, managed to arrange same day treatment. Very quick and painless micro suction. Would recommend. Thank you.
Excellent result with Sunny this morning. I had about 20% hearing in my left ear, and 50% in my right when I came in. He cleaned both in less than a minute. No pain or discomfort. Will definitely use the service again. Remember to use olive oil as they advise if you can. Thank you Sunny.
