The staff team, led by Mrs. Turner, is incredibly focused on the children. Her ability to connect with my little one is remarkable—she managed the initial settling-in period beautifully, making the transition smooth and stress-free. ​The commitment to tailored care is one of the nursery's standout features. Even though a daily nap is not standard for this age group, the team graciously allowed the adjustment, demonstrating incredible flexibility and attention to our family's specific needs. Replies to emails are incredibly fast, and the daily updates via the app are prompt. The facilities are brilliant, and access to the Junior School’s vast outdoor space is a huge asset for children in the KT13 area. We especially value the Forest School days and the exceptional cleanliness throughout the facility, which is properly climate-controlled. ​The whole experience is a wonderful mix of Nurturing and a focused academic Pre-School environment. The fact that it’s connected to the Junior School gives it that extra edge on learning focus. It’s a truly first-class childcare experience in Weybridge, Surrey.”

“I can’t thank the ETA enough for rescuing us on what could have been a nightmare journey home from Calais. We were on our way to get the Eurotunnel back to the UK when disaster struck – a flat tyre, only a few miles from the tunnel, with three tired and restless kids in the back. The thought of missing our booked crossing and being stranded was horrible. However, from the moment I called, the service was fantastic. The operator was calm and reassuring, which was exactly what I needed at that moment. She took all the details quickly and told me help was on the way. True enough, the recovery vehicle arrived in less than half an hour. The mechanic was brilliant – he got straight to work and even took time to chat with the kids, putting them at ease while he sorted the tyre. Within no time, we were back on the road. What really impressed me was the level of care. The mechanic double-checked everything and thanks to his efficiency, we even made it to the tunnel with minutes to spare. Travelling alone with three kids can be stressful at the best of times, but this experience turned a potential disaster into just a minor hiccup.
