We contacted Sharda, who responded promptly and was extremely helpful in guiding us through the process. Dawn was able to make herself available to notarise the documents at very short notice, with the additional bonus that she came to our home to do the notarising. The documents were then apostilled at the FCDO within a few days and arranged to be couriered to the attorneys in South Africa. The whole process was exceptional throughout, with regular communication from Sharda who managed the whole process for us, and obviously Dawn's availability and willingness to come to our home to do the notarising was enormously helpful. We were on our way to get the Eurotunnel back to the UK when disaster struck – a flat tyre, only a few miles from the tunnel, with three tired and restless kids in the back.
