Mandy in the fitting rooms was absolutely brilliant! She managed to squeeze me if for a quick bra fitting even though I hadnβt booked, and she was busy. She made me feel very comfortable and gave good advise. An absolute asset to the store.

Plenty of car parking available. Well laid out store with plenty of mirrors around the store. The changing rooms are spacious and you have the benefit info using the pay station inside the changing room area. Food area is great with plenty of choice. The staff are helpful without asking. Large beauty area with staff on hand to help. We also used the cafe and I can recommend the new magic coffee.

A spacious store over two levels. Well-stocked food section, with plenty of variety to choose from. The clothes department, spread over the two floors, had a large range of styles, too. The newly-revamped cafe (tucked away on the first floor) looked relaxing. The whole store was very impressive.

What a beautiful store. Clean, warm and the staff are just delightful. One of the nicest M&S stores I've been too. You have to visit the amazing bakery

Came here for a quick bite to eat. Was really diassapointed ordered 2 cheese and ham toasties and 2 cups of tea. Tea was nice but just a cup without the the saucer, milk pot was cracked around the top. The toasties came out without being heated through properly...tasted terrible. I get its busy but food should be heated to the correct temperature. Toilets were appalling, blood on the floor of one of the cubicles, tissue all over the floor and toilet seat off the toilet with out of order sign up but door let open. Very disappointed m&s...expect better from the name...even tescos toilets look better and thats saying something!

This is for the cafe at Brooklands store. Every time I came here the queue always moved very slowly with short staff however I liked the cafe especially after browsing the store and doing some shopping. I saw sitting at the cafe as a relaxing treat and wanted to bare the slowness. Today was a different experience. No exaggeration, I waited for half an hour before it was my turn at the till. The manager was at the till and I first simply asked him if he could guess for how long I must have waited in the queue and he said 10 minutes! I said I waited for half an hour and it is just not acceptable and all they had to do was to use the idle till on the right hand side as you come into queue for customers who wanted to order drinks only. They could have a put a sign up to read drinks only so people like me who only wanted a drink wouldn't have had to wait for such a long time! I said I would write a review about this. He then said oh no,no need for a Google review as he took the complaints on board now. He also said that he had 3 people started today. I really don't think this could be the reason as the cafe was always very slow at all other times. Today it has just hit the worst waiting time on record for me! I do hope you improve. With the new increased prices, this very slow service without an apology is just not acceptable!

Large store, opens 24 hours (I think), except Sunday. Thereβs a cafe upstairs, also a place to get photos printed and phot gifts made. I noticed thereβs a small Subway now too. Right next to Marks and Spencerβs, they share the foyer area.

Good store with great staff. Big aisles loads of room. Great displays. The whole building is light and roomy with great parking outside right in sight of the iconic race track.
