   I wouldn't recommend Smarter Cover - incredibly difficult to cancel a policy with them, constant sales talk and very expensive monthly costs - I've been able to reduce my monthly payments by over half with another policy. Also wasn't told that my policy had been increased, just increased the direct debit every month. Wouldn't recommend

   Jack, is a professional and helpful in his job. He talked me through and explain about my policy. Though I was a bit busy, his approach on the phone was convincing for me to give him attention. In his conversation he went straight to the point in getting things done and saving my time. He explained how the policy works and what benefits my family will receive in my absence. He was professional with patient and kind. Overall he was very helpful. I have no hesitation to recommend him to others, his service was good

   Didn't really want to take these calls, but I was blown away by the extra attention to detail and excellent rapport skills of both James and Lofti when they called me. I updated my life insurance without any hassle, to a better fitting cover for me and my young family and saved a little every month to boot. Excellent customer service and genuinely friendly staff, will certainly not look elsewhere for my insurance needs in the future.
