April House is located near the local high street with restaurants and public transport which made our stay so easy. We will certainly return again next year.”

We love going to nice restaurants together, so I was excited to find one on my doorstep. Wow - the food is amazing - every single morsel just delicious. The flavours were all exceptional, but what makes this place so special is the service. Totally relaxed and informal, but with so much care and attention. We noticed the staff looking after each table beautifully. It’s rare to find a restaurant combining exceptional food with fabulous service. The fact it’s independent is an even bigger bonus. Located at 2 Monument Hill, the restaurant exudes a warm and inviting atmosphere, making it an ideal spot for both casual meals and special occasions.  Upon entering, I was immediately struck by the elegant yet cozy interior. The staff greeted us warmly and guided us to our table with genuine hospitality. Their attentiveness throughout the evening enhanced our dining experience significantly. The menu offers a diverse selection of traditional Italian dishes with a modern twist. For starters, I opted for the Burrata con San Daniele e Pane Guttiau, which featured creamy mozzarella paired with Parma ham and Sardinian flatbread—a delightful combination of flavors and textures. My companion chose the Calamari alla Zio Pietro, a signature dish comprising squid with garlic, capers, olives, and tomato sauce served on toasted ciabatta; it was both flavorful and satisfying.   For the main course, I selected the Filetto ai Funghi Selvatici, a mature fillet steak in a wild mushroom jus. The steak was cooked to perfection, tender and rich in flavor, complemented beautifully by the earthy mushroom sauce. My companion enjoyed the Coda di Rospo alla Provinciale, monkfish prepared with herbs, white wine, garlic, and tomato sauce, accompanied by saffron risotto. The fish was fresh and the risotto creamy, making for a harmonious dish.  The wine list is extensive, featuring a well-curated selection that pairs excellently with the menu offerings. We chose a bottle of Italian red wine that enhanced our meal without overpowering the flavors. Dessert was a highlight; the Tiramisu was light, creamy, and had just the right balance of coffee and cocoa. It provided a sweet conclusion to our meal without being overly heavy. Overall, La Casa offers an authentic Italian dining experience with high-quality dishes, attentive service, and a welcoming ambiance. Whether you’re a local or just passing through Weybridge, I highly recommend visiting La Casa for a memorable meal.”

It's become my favorite spot, and it's the reason I now have a deep appreciation for Thai cuisine. The staff are not only friendly but also incredibly attentive, ensuring a memorable visit every time. With delicious food and impeccable service, there's nothing bad to say about this restaurant. In my opinion, it's the best non-Michelin star restaurant in the area. I’m looking forward to visiting more of their restaurants as they expand across the southeast and London.”

“Great staff who were very welcoming and helpful. Gave us a free appetizer which was delicious. We ordered the kkangpung and chicken katsu udon noodles which were both very tasty and well priced. Would deffinitely recommend and go back. Only issue was my lack of chopstick skills”

“We had a bday meal here last night and all staff were very friendly and polite. Amazing customer service it was a very busy night but they made you feel so welcome. Food was delicious and served hot with good portion sizes we even took food home as was a lot there. “Restaurant, part of Brooklands college so staffed by students. Food and service was brilliant but the lighting was rather closer to works canteen than a restaurant. Update from yesterday 28th February. Lovely thai dinner, but mostly it was cold! The main door was constantly closing and immediately opening so the atmosphere was quite chilly.”

“My mother and myself went for afternoon tea last Saturday. Service was excellent; everyone from the Maître d' to all the wait staff were lovely and attentive. We were accommodated even though we didn't have a booking. For afternoon tea in such a beautiful location, the price was very reasonable. The only thing I miss is the unlimited champagne option they used to have. We will be back.”

The staff are genuinely warm, the service is quick without ever feeling rushed, and everything on the menu tastes like it was made with real care. The pizzas are genuinely outstanding — thin, crisp, and full of flavour — and the pasta is just as impressive. But what really won me over is their little tradition when you pay: they bring out a jar with wooden lotto barrels, you pick a number, and if they draw the same one, your meal is free. It’s simple, playful, and adds a fun twist to the whole experience. The atmosphere is cosy and relaxed, never pretentious, and every visit feels consistently good. Highly recommend Cantina 41 to anyone in the area.”

“Been going here for over 30 years. Me and my pals actually sincerely believe these are the best burgers in the area. Fantastic with the cabbage making it crunchy. I always have some Doner carved off whilst waiting. My family love the kebabs but I cannot move from the burgers and the chilli sauce is my favourite too. If you have not been and tried - you must.”
