   Worst customer service, walked in and asked if there is any deals on personal pizzas, the person replied a blunt "No". I continued to browse the menu and ordered. Whilst waiting I browsed the app to find several personal pizza deals. I asked the staff about this and again a blunt reply thats online..... Yes so why not defer people to look in the app, or actually have some customer service etiquette. Avoid going in this store the staff are very rude and give the "I dont give a shit" impression, I also heard the staff talking rudely about me for asking the difference between online and instore. Plenty of other choice close by.

   I recently placed an order through the Domino’s app and accidentally selected the wrong store. Realizing the mistake immediately, I called the store within minutes to cancel the order and request a refund. To my surprise, the person who answered — who claimed to be the manager — flat-out refused to cancel the order or issue a refund, despite the order clearly not having been prepared or delivered yet. What made the situation worse was her tone and attitude. She was unhelpful, dismissive, and outright rude during the entire conversation. When I asked for her name so I could file a formal complaint, she refused to provide it. This is completely unacceptable behavior, especially from someone in a management position. I expect basic courtesy, professionalism, and a willingness to assist customers — especially when the issue is time-sensitive and the error was caught almost immediately. I’ve been a loyal Domino’s customer for years, but this experience has left me extremely frustrated and disappointed. I hope this issue is taken seriously, and that Domino’s provides better training for its staff — particularly those in managerial roles.

   Food arrived 1 hour late and then this is what arrived… Haven’t a clue what meat that is, possibly a cat or dog? Having complained to 2 so called managers and a further superior, I have had no response. Worst customer service.

   Pretty bad. Arrived so late the app gave up!! haha. Late means cold. So, late and cold. Will try Papa Johns. Looking at reviews not even worth a second chance.

   Honestly never ordering from this branch ever again . Incompetent staff who can't follow the simplest of instructions/requests . They tried passing off pepperoni as salami . Amongst other issues . When I spoke to the store he verbally shrugged down the phone , he had no understanding of the food hygiene issues and instead tried to blame it on a new member of staff , Who had not trained effectively to complete their job If you have any sort of allergy I'd stay well clear from this place

   Worst experience ever. Delivery service simply orrible, pizza delivered cold,wrong softdrink I told that to the delivery guy and he said sure I will cone back with the right drink and after an hour no one came back so i have called the shop and they said the same and after an other hour still no one came. Useless to say that today they have list a regular customer

   By far the worst experience.I bought half cheese burger half farmhouse on Saturday the 9th of July and what I got was a cheese less cheese burger.No sauce whatsoever.Called them and not even an apology.all they offered was a 5pound off on next order which I refused as they will never be another order.the staff were do rude,arrogant.it seemed like I was bothering them.he was so sarcastic to a point of saying if I wanted to make an official complaint he would give me the list of all phone numbers and emails!!!!! That's not good service
