As a regular customer who relies on the app for efficiency, my recent visit was frustrating and fell short of expectations. I ordered two pizzas using the app, which quoted a ready time of 12–16 minutes. Arriving precisely at the 16-minute mark, I was disappointed to find the order was nowhere near ready, forcing me to wait an additional 10 minutes due to the store being busy. This kind of delay makes the pre-ordering system feel entirely redundant. While the manager did apologise for the delay, an apology doesn't fix the inconvenience. The app's estimate was significantly inaccurate, stretching my total wait time to 26 minutes. For a business focused on speedy service, this is a clear area that needs urgent improvement. The value of using the app is negated if the time estimates are unreliable. In fairness, the two pizzas themselves were quite tasty and maintained the quality I expect from this brand. They earned the two stars. The most frustrating part was witnessing a clear lack of priority for all delayed customers. I observed the manager offer a small compensation (free sauce) to the person ahead of me, who had allegedly been waiting longer When that customer declined the offer, I politely asked if I could have it, given my own 10-minute unexpected delay. I was met with a blunt refusal, based on the manager's assertion that the other person "had been waiting longer." This response, while technically trying to manage fairness based on a hierarchy of wait times, felt unnecessarily rigid and dismissive. It created a feeling of being undervalued, especially as a regular customer. When a small gesture of goodwill is available, it seems poor practice to deny it to another delayed customer on such a technicality. I hope this branch can work on providing more realistic app times and perhaps reconsider how they manage goodwill gestures when multiple customers are affected by delays. Update: Now 2 days later after posting the above. Ordered again, via the app, surprise surprise, order was not ready when I arrived to collect despite the app saying it was. The app and this branch are an absolute joke.

Ordered a pepperoni passion a week ago today, the result was shocking I returned it complaining it didn’t have double pepperoni or double cheese and was told it did, the burnt patches were apparently cheese Upon eating it I realised I had been lied to, the burnt patches weren’t cheese and the pizza really did have very little pepperoni on it I requested a new pizza and was told it may not be any better than what I’d already been given. Disgusted I left the shop with my moody pizza, and declined the frustrating offer of a free drink Complained via twitter and was given a link to a form to complain, no response within a full calendar week, further compounding my frustration SOMEONE CUT THIS PIZZA AND THOUGHT, YEAH, THAT’LL DO…. Shocking pizza and shocking customer service.

The worst experience ever the girl who manages with the red hair and the glasses is so rude after she sends us stone cold pizzas then hangs up the phone saying I was screaming at her because I called to say the pizzas we're Stone cold she finally said she will send some more out after she spits on it. Transaction time 16.00-16.30 - Date 10/Feb/2023 Shocking ..As i went in to the store The arrogant white lady told me dont accept cash. I told her the app said you do !! Never the less i furnished my card ..then she went ahead and charged me £24.50 where she was suppose to charge me £18.00.. and then very bluntly she said we cant refund you because you have to deal .. where in on the bill it clearly said voucher used £6.00. pay £18.50 .. Disgraceful nobody in the store knew what is going on .. i waited 30 Minutes my food is gone cold ...No name tags on any member girl or guy....refuse to give name out,.. I HAVE BEEN OVERCHARGED ... FOOD QUALITY HAS BEEN COMPROMISED.. MY CREDIT CARDS NUMBER IS NOW STORE ON THE UNKNOWN PEOPLES HANDS.... i don't know where data protection is !!use less people in store shift manager or store manager absolute disgrace to the brand. I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND.

Constantly late and going to wrong house, when I had a problem ordering a pizza for a child who doesn’t eat cheese for a party rather than offering a gesture of good will they still charged me. I never complain because I feel the drivers are not paid enough and yet the manager thinks treating loyal customers like this is good for business. Last time I’ll order from Thames ditton dominoes. I've order the pizzas from Dominos in Thames Ditton I placed the order at 20:40 .After that I received a iMessage with the information that the driver is on the way. Unfortunately nobody delivered my food. I had to call to Dominos and asked what happened. I was informed that the driver couldn't find my flat and he came back to the store. For 3 hours nobody called me to inform me that.. I called again and they said me driver delivered to the wrong address!!
