They saw him again the following day and he had deteriorated so they treated him whilst I was still there so that they could talk me through everything they were doing to keep my mind at ease. They then referred him to The Ralph for further investigation. It is now the following Tuesday and they called me to check in on Stanley. He has made a full recovery now and will have a follow up in a week just to check in. The care shown by all of the reception staff and veterinary staff is second to none. I cannot be more thankful and appreciative and will be moving my 3 other dogs from our current vet to this vet.”
