Extremely helpful and super friendly staff, always early or on time, and accommodating. Only had one blip with the pickup date, which meant some late phone calls whilst on holiday, but it was all rearranged and sorted without any issues. I will definitely use again ☺️

I would like to thank Addy for his assistance when he picked me up from Heathrow Terminal 5 yesterday evening. I mistakenly got into the wrong taxi and when I got out I left my laptop on the back seat. All my devices are Apple so I was able track my laptop/iPad with the “find me app” and with the help of Addy I tracked my laptop to McDonald’s at Heathrow and retrieved it So again I would like to thank Addy for his help.
Velocity were absolutely brilliant. Used from as pick up to and from Heathrow. On time on both trips, clean, efficient, called 5 min before the pick up at H/R to check exactly where i was, and will definitely use them again.

Used for drop off and collection from Gatwick airport. Perfect service - booking was easy, no issues with collection at early hours with driver arriving promptly, car was in good condition, driver met me at arrivals. I fell asleep on the drop off and forgot my phone in the back of the car. Driver was an absolute gem and returned it to me as soon as I contacted him. Would definitely use Velocity again.
Booking was easy and the service was excellent. We needed a drop off and pick up from Gatwick airport. The drivers arrived on time on both occasions and the vehicles were clean and spacious. The drivers were polite, friendly and courteous. For the pick up the driver rang to let me know where he was in the terminal and was waiting on our arrival. I was very impressed with their professionalism and would definitely recommend their services. I will certainly use them again.
