   Having just got a new puppy, my family decided to register her at Weybridge Veterinary Centre. All the staff are very lovely and welcoming. However, recently we had to put our other lovely dog Bella down as she wasn't well and it had sadly gotten to that point that it was an act of kindness to do so. All I can say is the receptionists were absolutely brilliant, very kind, and helpful when I registered Bella for this procedure. When we went in the receptionists were again very lovely and comforting and the vet Simon was absolutely brilliant! He made sure she was comfortable and talked us through everything that was about to happen. The team as a whole is fantastic and I've never been to such a caring and wonderful veterinary practice as this one. I am so pleased that we chose to come here as I know Bella will be looked after while we wait for her to come home to us

   Having just moved to the UK with our 3 cats, one has been sick so we did some research on vets in the area. Very nervous to what we would get , as soon as we walked in we felt at ease. Amazing from entry to exit. Have registered all 3 cats and wont go anywhere else. Very informative, knowledgeable and above all caring.

   I have been taking my dog to Simon and team for over 12 years. The care and attention they provide has been exceptional. They are very responsive to any concerns I have and the follow up to any tests has been prompt and I have been informed about next steps. Customer care - or rather pet care - is highly rated.    I have had a very poor experience of this vet. The reception staff (well one in particular) are rude and unhelpful and I believe highly incompetent. Having called them out on this in person during my last visit to the practice, I was met with confrontation and a complete unwillingness to accept that their service and the way they treated me was unacceptable. Worst of all, they have now withdrawn their services from me, which leaves my elderly, diabetic dog without any vet support. If this is what happens when you make a complaint about the reception, imagine how intransigent they would be if there was a real clinical problem. Avoid these guys at all costs, I think they could well be dangerous.

   I cannot recommend Simon and the team enough. I rushed in last week on a Tuesday with my chihuahua who was very suddenly unwell as my vet wouldn't see him. I am not registered with Weybridge vet and I didn't even call, I just showed up, but they took me in immediately and began helping my dog. They ended up keeping him and calling me regularly with updates. They saw him again the following day and he had deteriorated so they treated him whilst I was still there so that they could talk me through everything they were doing to keep my mind at ease. They then referred him to The Ralph for further investigation. It is now the following Tuesday and they called me to check in on Stanley. He has made a full recovery now and will have a follow up in a week just to check in. The care shown by all of the reception staff and veterinary staff is second to none. I cannot be more thankful and appreciative and will be moving my 3 other dogs from our current vet to this vet.

   Annika was the first vet in my dog’s eight years of life that truly listened to my concerns and did something to help - It has been life changing for my dog and I. Annika went above and beyond for us, and her acupuncture sessions helped my dog immensely. Lastly, Annika is a super kind, caring and holistic vet.

   Simon is such an AMAZING vet, he genuinely cares about the animals and has their best interest at heart! The most SWEETEST staff behind reception, so kind and helpful, me and my mum sadly had to have 2 of our cats put to sleep this year due to suspected cancer, they were all incredibly sympathetic and took great care of us! We see Simon quite often as our cat has her nails manicured, he really knows his stuff! Sometimes me and mum bring them treats as a thank you for all what they do for us pet owners! We are so greatful for Weybridge vets! Thank you
