Charged me £170 for one antibiotic injection which has not helped my cat at all. Was then given more options and a new quote of nearly £700! Absolutely extortionate. Did not want to believe the bad reviews but I've experienced it first hand. Will not be returning. If you don't want taken advantage of, avoid this surgery.
BEWARE Used to rate a good service. No longer good. Polite, courteous and smiling staff. On the last occasion took my cat in. Vet I’d never seen before saw us and informed us of 2 options along with pricing I told her I was unable to afford the more expensive option, as I had recently been the victim of financial abuse. Next time I went in, I was charged for the more expensive option when I had previously stated I could not afford it. I have not been back since 2003. Decided, after over a decade, I won’t be going back

Morpheus was in a right state when I came home and we managed to get him in, seen, medicated and home within the hour on an emergency basis! truly grateful to all the staff there as every time we have visited it has been fantastic!! Gerard is so kind and amazing. Brought my French bulldog in after needing serious surgery and being messed around by other vets… Gerard saved my dog and has been nothing but helpful with aftercare 10/10 would never go anywhere esle
Very unfriendly receptionist made you feel very unwelcome. The vet herself just kept pushing procedures on my dog that I didn’t want. Didn’t great my dog just injected her and kept pulling her about. This is the second time I have had a bad service here. I would avoid and go to another vets.
Our local vet, lovely, helpful and friendly. Always seem to give the greatest care to our pets and do everything they can to help. Close the center of Staines, and with a few parking spots outside. Waiting room is nice and fairly shielded to keep pets calm. You’re seen pretty quickly and the vets are always helpful and informative…
