Vets for Pets Staines are absolutely brilliant with our new cocker spaniel pup. I don’t want to single out individuals because the whole team are incredible! This is my Elvis’ favourite place to visit (even considering some circumstances) because the team are just so friendly and fuss him so much! i feel so at ease visiting here every time and they always have answers to all of my annoying questions! We decided to come here for our dog Candy to have a check up, as she had not been herself and we noticed her stomach was hard/ sticking out. The vet Paloma, decided candy needed to have blood tests as she was concerned about her stomach. Immediately the vet knew that Candy had pyometra and they had to operate as soon as possible as this was life threatening. She explained this to us and we were completely in shock and unaware that such infection existed. Candy’s previous owner did not get her spayed and we never knew there was a risk to this. We went ahead with the surgery and this was obviously a big shock and we were very upset, the ladies working here were very nice and reassured me Candy was in safe hands and offered me a hug. The surgery was successful and we took Candy home the same day and they provided her with a cone and medicine and advised us of aftercare for her. We went for a post op check up the next day and they were happy with how everything looked. Now yesterday we returned for the last check up and we were told that she looks great and they don’t need to see us again. We signed Candy up for the complete care plus health plan, as we really like this branch and the staff. Thank you for the excellent services, I will definitely be recommending this branch.
I cannot fault the staff at Staines branch of Vets4pets. Needed a local vet in an emergency and took our chihuahua to them after a quick triage phone call. Staff were waiting for us and swooped to take Lola through for examination. Ultimately Lola was too poorly to save. All the staff showed great compassion, kindness and care towards Lola and us. They gave my daughter as much time as she needed and ensured we were ok. The after care was just as caring too. So many little paw and nose prints, and some fur clippings saved for us. Something I hadn’t expected but much appreciated. Everything dealt with sensitivity and professionalism. Thank you to you all for making an unexpected death a bit easier to deal with.
We was so thankful that we could get seen that morning after booking online the previous night. Nucky was in a lot of trouble so being able to be seen that next morning was amazing. We can't thank the nurse and vet enough. He's doing much better now. Thanks so much again.
I was early for my appointment and Watson was a little nervous, Chloe was amazing she helped calm him down took him and myself to the exam room early. Amazing service where I met Grace and Nstasha who were equally as helpful very interested in Watson. The vet was fab gave great advice! All the team were great and so helpful.
The ladies there are extremely caring and I feel they go above and beyond to help my cat and calm me atctje same time. Chloe is amazing I burst into tears when they had yo keep my cat in and she came straight up to me and cuddled me. It meant the world
It was a really welcoming atmosphere and the staff were lovely with my dog and made him feel super spoilt. It was really clean and well laid out to make walking with a pet easy. The advice given and the whole experience was excellent.
