“I was very nervous about sending my son to nursery, but from the moment he started at Monkey Puzzle, I’ve seen him thrive in so many ways. The team’s care and attention have truly put my mind at ease. Another thing that reassures me is seeing the owner around frequently. It’s clear she is personally involved in the day-to-day life of the nursery, checking in with the children and staff, and making sure everything runs smoothly. Knowing that she is so present gives me confidence that my son is in a truly caring and well-managed environment. One of the things I love most is the daily photo updates – it’s wonderful to see what he’s been up to throughout the day and the little moments that make me smile. “Depan stepped in when I had an anxious daughter to console and motivate. He sold me the course within the first time I read about it and I was eager to find out more and signed up straight away as the deal was too good to be true. Radhvi was impressed by the style of teaching and was at ease knowing she had support available when she needed. However, we have faced many issues with booking further appointments since they often deny booking appointments at times we request at the practice even though we are happy to wait. Shook my hand and kindly showed me to my table. He offered me a drink of my choice and gave me the depth and breath to choose my meal. Diona has a wonderful warm welcome with a sensational smile. A service that can warm any heart. Diona took very good care of us and made every effort to make us feel comfortable. Topped us up with refreshments and gave us condiments without asking. “I had a video consultation in a dedicated little room in a local pharmacy. In the room were several common items that are often used to measure blood pressure etc there was also what looked like a magnifying glass presumably to assist the doctor to get a better look if required. However, in my case that was not necessary. I found the video consultation as good as in person. The screen was very clear and the treating doctor was pleasant, articulate and clearly very competent and professional. I felt very at ease and it was much less rushed than seeing my NHS GP. I really like this service and will probably adopt it as my regular GP service.”
