   My son attended this nursery for just a few sessions, and unfortunately, our experience was deeply distressing. Although the first two sessions were free, I was required to pay £100 registration fee and £600 upfront for a full month of sessions (2 days a week from 8 AM to 11 AM). From the very first paid session, my son cried when I left. I was promised they would send me photos to reassure me—but I never received any. By the third session, he was already becoming visibly anxious before we even arrived. On that day, he was shaking and crying badly as soon as we got there, clinging to me and repeatedly saying “home, home.” I received no help or emotional support from staff to calm him. I couldn’t leave him like that, so I took him home. What followed was heartbreaking. Since that day, he has become terrified of me leaving—even with his own father, whom he has always loved being with. My husband is a caring and involved parent, and we’ve never had this issue before. The experience has clearly had a traumatic effect on my son. He also became fearful around a friend he used to happily play with, clinging to me and crying during her visit. I told the nursery that we would no longer be attending due to how distressed my child became, and they accepted that. However, I was then told they would not refund any of the £600 I had already paid, citing a one-month notice policy. Now, despite my son only attending one paid session, they’ve sent me an additional invoice for £409,64, which I find completely unacceptable and unfair. I’m sharing this experience so other parents can make an informed decision. Every child is different, but in our case, I found the communication, emotional support, and overall care to be severely lacking—especially during such a crucial stage in a child's development. Thank you for your response. However, I must clarify a few points for accuracy: Written notice of withdrawal was submitted on 10 April, which I have documented. I paid the full month in advance, but my child only attended one paid session, during which he was visibly distressed. No communication, photos, or updates were given as promised. The Terms and Conditions were not presented or signed before payment, and I only accessed them via the nursery app after enrolment, which I believe undermines the enforceability of the contract. This is not just a “financial dispute” — it concerns how distress in a vulnerable child was handled, which I believe was inadequate. I have formally raised complaints with Trading Standards and the ICO, and I appreciate that others may want to be aware of my experience when making their decision. I wish your team the best, but I believe my concerns deserve fair representation.

   I cannot convey how thrilled I am that I enrolled my son in Little Aisha Nursery. He has never once expressed a desire not to attend and frequently shares what he accomplished each day. He has developed wonderful friendships with both his peers and the staff. As a parent, all you wish for your child is to feel safe and cared for, and that is precisely what Little Aisha Nursery provides, along with continuous opportunities for learning new skills and personal development.    Like all parents, I was anxious about sending my 1 yr old daughter to nursery when I returned to work but I didn’t need to worry – the nursery is a real gem & she loved it from day one. Little Aisha has a warm, friendly, family feel and the staff genuinely care about the kids. Our daughter really bonded with her key workers in butterfly and caterpillar room . We couldn’t ask for more in terms of the support, love & attention she receives.

   The best and safest place to put your kids at. My son LOVES the nursery, he started going to nursery a few months back. I was so worried about settling him down, but to my surprise he was settled after two sessions only and he enjoys going to nursery now. The staff is awesome especially the Beehive room staff (Fardus, Nasra and Vittu) they are always helpful and supportive. The management team is great as well, they care about all the small details and offer to help or discuss any suggestions. They keep the parents updated via an app, there are new activities everyday and their food menu is healthy and balanced. I am so glad we decided on this nursery as I feel that they are a second family to my son. Thanks a lot and keep up the good work.

   It was my luck that I found Little Aisha nursery. My daughter has not been happier anywhere else and I can't thank them enough. It was like second home for her. She's been with the nursery from 2 years of age until she started school, and not even once I heard any complaints. She was always happy to go to the nursery and was full of energy even while collecting back. The staff are very friendly and very accommodating of any needs of the children and parents alike. I've seen them carrying the children most of the times while settling in, help with feeding and care genuinely. All the parents I've interacted with who have children at Little Aisha have the same opinion. My daughter has come out very confident and easily transitioned into the school. She had quite a few best friends in the nursery and misses them and her teachers. Even now she has tales from the nursery to tell and puts up a broad smile when anything of the nursery is mentioned. I wish the nursery grows with more centres and help more and more children to grow in every aspect of their life.

   My twins have been here for a year now and I am honestly so pleased with how they are developing at Little Aisha Nursery. Its a really hard thing to do, leave your children in someone else's care but all the staff here have been amazing. They are all so kind and caring. The twins love going to Nursery of a morning and are always happy and jolly when I pick them up. All the staff there are loved by us all. Always a friendly face when they open the doors. I couldn't recommend them more.

   Little Aisha’s nursery have made the transition for my two year old a very smooth and swift one. The staff made him feel very safe and secure allowing him to get out of his comfort zone very quickly. They are also extremely professional and very friendly. My son’s development has progressed so much in the short period we have attended. I receive daily updates as well as regular progress meetings. The nursery is flexible to your personal childcare needs, in addition they cater to your child’s individual needs. I would highly recommend this nursery to any parent looking for a place for their child to thrive.
