Took my young son here recently. This soft play centre is located within a shopping centre. You must book your entrance tickets in advance online. You need to select a fixed specified 2-hours time slot for your booking. The entrance ticket price is reasonable. Every 2 hours after the end of each time slot, they clear out all the customers for the new batch of customers of the new time slot. Despite the inconvenience above, I will still recommend this soft play centre.

Great softplay. Big enough for the kids to have their freedom, run wild and explore, but not so big you can't find them. Seating area has a good view so adults can relax with a coffee. Doesn't look tired like some softplays and is very clean. Handy location too so can make more of just your booking and look around the shops and then walk to the outdoor playground nearby.

Wacky Kingdom is a fantastic place for kids to burn off energy and have fun. We absolutely love visiting Wacky Kingdom in Redhill. The play area is bright, clean and full of exciting things for children of all ages to enjoy. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Thereβs a great little cafΓ© with good coffee and snacks, so parents can relax while the kids play. Itβs the perfect spot for a rainy day or a birthday party. Thank you for making every visit a brilliant one!

Great space with lots of seating, a variety of activities and spaces in the play frame, free WiFi. They sell a range of food and drink options that are affordable also! Both my children (aged 4 and 7) love the main play frame now, but previously really enjoyed the younger area too. Would recommend.

An early morning visit to Wacky Kingdom is always appreciated by our girls. The first slot is the quietest one of the day (between 9 and 11) costing Β£25 for two children and two adults. However, it could be said that our eldest (approaching 7) is perhaps reaching an age where she might be outgrowing this. Nevertheless, she is still more than happy to explore everything there is on offer. Slides, tunnels, ball pits, a trampoline, mini climbing wall and various other obstacles. There is also a special Under 3s area for the younger children. There is plenty of seating for adults, free WiFi, a cafe serving a variety of food and drinks and a TV playing Sky Cinema. Being in the Belfry Centre also means there is plenty to see and do following your session. #familydadventures

This is a fun spot but seemed far too crowded and unsupervised. There were kids riding the big soft play pieces down the huge slides and pushing kids out of the way with them. I would suggest going during school hours at term time if you have little ones under 3 otherwise theyβre just a bit stuck from exploring. The main toys etc seem clean but the surrounding areas and floors didnβt seem to have been cleaned recently.

Unfortunately I wonβt be returning - some of the ride on toys in the under 4 section are broken and un safe not to mention all toys / surfaces are not clean.

For kids aged 4 and above who are allowed on the main play area, I think this could be a fun place. Younger kids have to stay in a side play area which has a small climbing area and slide and a ball pit. Unfortunately the bigger kids are allowed here as well so we had to be vigilant about the rough play from the older kids. We also found bits of broken toys and wires in the ball pit so maybe a sign that more regular cleaning is needed. My experience was OK but I wouldn't go back until my child is older.

The soft play is large my son age 9 was able to enjoy the whole 2 hours he had in there only coming back occasionally for a drink. I found the music quite loud. I was excited to be able to eat from the cafe section but unfortunately the only gluten free and vegan cake contained nuts. It would be nice to see some other gluten free options or the option to bring your own food if you have multiple intolerances. Overall good experience we will be back.
