Went in for a problem with one tooth that needed attention the dentist only focused on forcing me to make a treatment plan for several other problems which I never had including then trying to force me to have several fillings two in my wisdom teeth thar on the xrtray looked absolutely fine and there is no pain there.. Plus I explained I couldn't have mercury amalgam put in my mouth due to extreme stomach problems and toxification and then she mentions that white fillings where 140 each baring in mind i came to the dentist because it's a nhs one and I've been extremely sick for years and vulnerable with my health. Later she tells me when I burst our crying coz I was petrified because it was a painful procedure she tells me don't worry I could just have my wisdom teeth out!. Totally misinformation in my opinion. I asked if she could also do a simple clean the nhs then she firstly offered me an expensive hygienist for 60 and then procedeed to force me to rebook a temporary white filling then she would do the clean after. Personally i think that considering ahe is a nhs dentist I would rather pay to hear the truth and go privately I would avoid this dentist at all cost's personally and just pay for a honest one!

Just had a routine appointment with Dr Radia. Cheerful, patient, thorough, empathetic, professional.

Do NOT go to this dentist. I went for a small filling, my teeth were fine, but after she refilled them, they became infected. She couldn’t find all the roots, admitted they don’t have a 3D scan, and said I’d need a specialist β€” which could take 6–8 months β€” and she could do nothing in the meantime. My teeth were left infected, and it’s clear she doesn’t know how to properly do root canals. Be very careful β€” I would NEVER recommend her.

Great experience with hygienist Krutika. She did a very thorough job and I can feel and see the difference in my teeth already. Most importantly she was very gentle and reassuring through the scaling which would otherwise be very uncomfortable and painful. Thank you Krutika ☺️

Been using their services for a few years now and can confirm their professionalism, high standards, customer service, are all outstanding! Safia, the wonderful staff member at the front desk, is amazing - thank you all (just been today with our little one, who had a great time and enjoyed the visit!)

Appalling I wish I missed my appt. I really believe they are profit orientated and not care orientated the young girl I was seen by was rude and wasted my time since I waited 3 months for that appt. Firstly all she did was xray me without even asking if I was okay with that then she just counted my teeth not checking properly if any where sensetive. At the end, I felt like she didnt seem to care about my front chipped tooth which was what I desperately needed done and she seemed to be more interested in forcing and threatening me to get treatment I didnt really need like a root canal on another tooth that didnt change colour or wasn't even bothering me saying my tooth would fall out if I refused also saying I have gum disease and must book a hygienist for Β£55. When I explained I couldn't really afford that and I'd have to save up a few months she was very dismissive and didnt even prescribe any mouth wash in the mean while. Their refurbishment and aesthetics are only superficial as their staff don't have any substance and don't seem to care or be patient focused. I will make a complaint because its not fair to be treated so poorly by profit orientated healthcare professionals

This place is under new management since Kieth Mount has left. The dentist looks nice but it is run poorly with poor service. The dentist kept on trying to sell me treatments that I didn't need so that she was able to make more money which is all she seemed interested in. I would not recommend going here as the priority of this dentist is clearly to make as much money as possible even if that is at the expense of the service provided.

I was a client of the previous dentist who owned the practice (Keith Mount) and booked an appointment after the practice was taken over by Ace Dental. Due to previous experiences with the dentist, I have quite a bad phobia which was poorly managed by the dentist I saw for my appointment. Unfortunately I don’t remember his name, but he essentially told me to rebook when I’ve grown up and that I’m wasting his time. My faith in dentists was restored by Ms Monal Patel at the staff dental clinic at St Mary’s Hospital and thought to post this review of ace dental after they texted me to remind me to go for a check up. No thank you! It’s been over 2 years but I hope the attitude of staff there has changed. Or Mr Mount has bought his practice back.

So very pleased with this dental practice. It is modern, clean and all the staff are very friendly. I saw Dr Mandla and he was lovely and very reassuring. He restored a quite big problem and I am so pleased with the outcome. I would definetely reccomend the practice and this dentist.

As a person suffering from crippling social anxiety I was very very nervous and panicky when I first called to make an appointment for a check up but staff on the phone were incredibly polite and well spoken. They immediately put me at ease and arranged an appointment for that same week. The actual surgery is cosy and warm. I was greeted with a smile from the lovely receptionist and registering was quick and easy with no fuss. Very professional but yet kind and welcoming. The dentist himself was also very professional and could see that I was slightly nervous from my body language. He focused on explaining everything clearly to me to put me at ease and even managed to successfully distract me by making interesting small talk about accents (I'm from Manchester!). He cleaned my teeth with very little discomfort and gave sufficient warning whenever he predicted that I might experience mild discomfort. He made a mould for a mouthguard and then arranged an appointment for the next week for fitting and general care advice. The whole experience was over within two weeks and I'm exceptionally pleased with the care and warmth of the surgery. Would definitely recommend again.
