Had a filling done but still experience ongoing problems with the area. Spoke with the manager in regards to a braces consult and referral; was given very conflicting information (calling for clarification on referral process, teeth extraction, etc.) , manager was not allowing me to speak, kept cutting me off, was extremely rude, and essentially yelling at me on the phone. After saying that i was being told different things and calling multiple times confused, was told that the process is confusing, even to him despite him being the manager. No reassurance was provided. Staff within the practise have always been nice, no problems.
I just wanted to express my heartfelt thanks for the unbelievable transformation of my chipped front tooth. Dr. Corolus is truly an artist the result was beyond what I imagined, and I couldn’t be happier. His calm, reassuring manner immediately put me at ease, and for the first time in my life, I can honestly say I look forward to visiting the dentist. Dr. Corolus Salama is by far the most thorough, kind, and dedicated dentist I’ve ever encountered. Your attention to detail is absolutely 10/10. I also had fantastic results with my tooth whitening I managed to get my teeth to shade 1B, and I absolutely love the outcome! The brightness and natural look of my smile has boosted my confidence in ways I can’t explain. I feel so grateful to have found someone who combines exceptional skill with genuine care. Dr huma and her assistant are lovely thorough in her explaining exactly what is going to happen. her work which she done on my teeth was fantastic. she doesnt rush i am very pleased. friendly and gentle makes you feel relaxed . nervous patient here due to bad experience with previous dental surgeries .. the surgery is cleaning the reception staff are friendly . Had my second appointment with Dr Kaur. She was lovely and helped explained how to maintain and improve my oral health. Answered all my questions very nicely. The reception staff helped me book my teeth cleaning appointment around my work schedule, even though they have limited spaces which is great! Been visiting this practice for just over 10 years.
Always had a good experience with Dr Suki. She is friendly and makes sure you understand what she is saying. Making the visit not so painful and you feeling very comfortable. Her assistance is always helpful and very friendly!
Visited my dentist Dr Jasleen Kaur as I was assigned her when I registered. I had a check up and she explained everything very clearly to me as well as her assistant who was very helpful through out. I had a private filling and clean. She was very thorough and explained everything through out each step. The team made me feel very comfortable and I was very happy with the final outcome.
