   I had multiple visits with My Dentist and each visit was superceeded my expectation. The staff at the reception area are kind, polite and very helpful easing the process as much as possible and accomodating what they can. Special metion to Nundeeta who was very helpful. The team of Dr's were brilliant and professional and some of the kindest humans to encounter. Dr Farhad was brilliant, professional and gave me a clear understand on the processes. Dr Mayur was an absoute gem he took time out to explain the procedure and risks involved and helped me take an informed decision. Sarita ensured I was confortable and checked in with me periodically. I would highly recommend the dentist and the team of Dr's I wish them all the best.

   I’ve been seeing Dr. Farhad for my dental treatments, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with my experience. I first visited him about four months ago because I had problems with teeth grinding. He made me a custom night guard that has helped a lot. Today I went back for a check-up, and just like before, I left feeling great. Dr. Farhad is truly professional, skilled, and caring. He doesn’t just treat your teeth — he genuinely cares about you as a person. He always takes time to explain everything clearly, gives helpful advice, and makes sure you feel comfortable and calm throughout the visit. It’s rare to find a dentist who combines such expertise with real kindness. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for an excellent and compassionate dentist. A big thank you and congratulations to the mydentist team for having such wonderful and dedicated staff members.

   Extremely rude members of staff behind reception - I have been with the dentist 10 years, and every time I contact the dentist I am greeted with an unpleasant receptionist, who has worked there for over 8 years so you would have thought she would have developed manners. I let her know a family member had passed hence why I missed an appointment and although I know the dentist personally and she wouldn’t want me in registered as a patient, the receptionist smugly said there is nothing I can do. I never leave reviews, but honestly every time I call (around 4 times I can recall her specifically) she is pretty miserably, snappy and condescending. Dentists are great! Receptionist make it completely not worth it :)

   For many years I have been scared as hell about visiting the dentist and for many years DR Farhad has been waiting for me to be ready for treatment. Over the past two weeks I have been having treatment done and I can finally say my fear and anxiety of being in that dentist chair is finally over. Dr Farhed has the most caring heart and will ensure that you feel comfortable and you’re ok during everything he does. My daughter has autism and for many visits she was unsettled as she does not like anything to do with the medical work but this man once again never gave up and now he’s the only medical Dr she happy to visit.

   Amazing experience at this dentist through NHS. Being there with my mom for dantures as my mother has no teeth left and DR Kola she is such a professional! She explained the issues with her gums and being referred for further treatment. Very caring and empathetic. Highly recommended. Assistant dentist and reception staff also very nice. Got registered and got an appointment the next day. Can not recommend this clinic enough.

   I had tooth extraction today and the process was very smooth and easy. The credit goes to Dr Solouk who was very professional, he did a great job in explaining to me while working every step he was doing in addition to the support he have me morally.    Terrible dentist they never have any emergency appointments saying you need to call in the morning then when you call at 8.35 after phone from 8.30 until 8.33 the line was going to voicemail and 2 minutes later everyday they have no emergency appointments how???? The worst dental practice I will be changing.
