   Really positive experience at the practice. Sheela and her team are kind, gentle and professional. As a nervous patient I was put at ease and made to feel comfortable and felt supported throughout. Very friendly receptionist, always made to feel welcome. Thanks to the whole team. It’s nice to find a dentist you feel comfortable with! Having had a previous negative experience elsewhere, I was very happy to find Sheela.

   My previous experience with a Dental Practice was miserable. For over fifteen years I had to bear pains until I moved to Harrow and found this practice. The welcoming was beautiful, the reception staffs are fully trained professional and very friendly. They care and put you at ease the moment you walk in. The place is excellent and tidy.

   Been going to this dentist surgery for 25 years. Reception team are lovely, the hygienist are great can’t fault them. Would highly recommend if you’re looking for a dentist surgery. My wife has just joined being pregnant and we are really happy with them.

   After being a patient for 20 years at this dentist surgery, I experienced unacceptable service. I called two weeks ago regarding a cracked tooth and made an appointment for this to be sorted only to find that my appointment was just a check up. As a patient who has a phobia . The Dentist was not understanding of my fear and practically blamed me of not visiting the surgery earlier and COVID. I’m very unhappy with the service I received and felt the situation should have been handled better. In the past I have always recommended this surgery and been pleased with the service I’ve received.

   I rang on a Monday morning to cancel my appointment for later that day because I woke up with the flu and could barely speak. The receptionist was extremely rude to me on the phone asking why I was cancelling (it was obvious I was very sick) and told me I had to give 24 hours notice (which had never been communicated to me, nor would have been possible since they don’t have an online cancellation service and their practise is closed on a Sunday) anyway I apologised and told her there wasn’t much I could do as I woke up feeling extremely ill and she didn’t have much to say after that except that if I did it again I’d be banned and would have to find a new practice. I’m a loyal customer who has been visiting them for the last 20 years or so, extremely disappointed to be treated that way.

   I have been coming to this surgery over 30 years...I would strongly recommend this dental surgery due to the staff... the staff are friendly and always address you by your name... The reason for giving 5star is because of Sheila the Dentist and Cathy Dental nurse both of them are amazing make you feel relaxed and explain you each step. Both of this staff are assets to the company.

   Have been here twice for NHS treatment and although some of the doctors are really nice I did get the awful one. I had the initial assessment which consisted in one x-ray and checking only one tooth. I was then referred to an external specialist for the cheap 700£ treatment. Since I was not convinced by the dismissal way I was treated I enquired my previous dentist that told me that my tooth was normal and no specialist was necessary. On the second visit when confronted with the evidence the story changed and now the doctor was not confident enough to do the procedure. When asked how long she had practised for, she told me 22 years. Well, I guess someone never learn! Now, would you trust such a dentist?

   I've been a patient at this Dentist for over 20 years and i'm very happy with the service i receive. Even when i moved away from the area 4 years ago i refused to change and rather travel 15 miles and have my treatment here. The whole practice is very warm and welcoming, the staff are amazing, in particular Shelia, I've always been seen by Shelia who can only be described as a true professional and together with Kathy both are an entertaining double act. It's always a pleasure to visit
