We had a pretty frustrating experience as FTB, with conveyancing that dragged on for months (sellers even changing solicitors halfway through), but SeOUL were the one highlight. Lisa was on the phone chasing both sets of solicitors, sourcing planning documents from the council, anything she could do to keep the purchase moving forwards. Lost count of how many times I called or emailed but they were never anything but helpful and quick to respond. Edit: would like to add that since we moved in, Tao has been round to help us work out how to use the heat pump, and collect post for the sellers. Lovely bloke.”

Prices are affordable. Only thing to note is you’ll have to find parking on the street but I was easily able to find a slot quickly. You can’t miss it – as you enter the station you will see a hole-in-the -wall service point with menus on either side of the window, a refrigerated display and service counter. I was served by a friendly Japanese lady. She will shout out the order to the chef who works in the galley kitchen. There is some clanging of the wok and boom!.. your food is ready. The food, whoa.. fabulous! No frills, only serious chow. Pocket friendly, with an interesting menu and super delicious nosh. Service is efficient. They take cash and cards. Go try their competitively priced lunch sets. Recommend the chicken udon set. .. comes with miso soup and delicious spring rolls. If you are in the area and you are looking for a quick hot meal, go knock on their window!”
