    Purchased an item for click & collect. Was indicated for the next day delivery. On the payment page it indicated the delivery date which was in 3 work days. Item has never arrived to the shop. Then the story started. Central customer service was telling to contact the shop and the shop was telling me to contact the customer service. both said they cannot track online or contact their warehouse to check. all calls were taking ages. when i called customer service they tried to contact the shop which (surprise!) was not picking up the phone. Barely managed to cancel the order which already was too late. should I say that i was not surprised with this level of service?

    Do Not use trade point as it's not really setup for trades. Order online and have to wait an hour for it to pick.. Toolstation and screwfix have a far superior service for trades. If I had known an hour I'd have picked the items myself.
