   I came in looking for a tool and wasn't sure what was best. Instead of checking the screens, I walked up to the tills and asked Vicky. Within 60 seconds she found the right tool for the job, collected it off the shelf, let me test it, pay for it and reminded me to keep the receipt just in case. Excellent customer service, and I have never found an item quicker in my life!

   Excellent service from the guys here recently. I needed some emergency lighting and I wasn't sure about what to get - I didn't know how the lights worked. They explained it to me and advised me on the correct cabling and even the fixings. I needed it the same day and they had everything in stock to take away. Easy access, good parking and not too busy when I went.

   I needed some plumbing fittings and pipe clips. They were in stock and within 10 mins I was leaving Screwfix and off home to complete the installation. Excellent service and quick delivery of ordered fittings to the counter. Great.

   Mist of the time the have exactly what you need. Staff tend to be patient and helpful if not always the most knowledgable. Only real negative point is that they seem to be playing politics with their suppliers and we the customers suffer as product quality declines.
