   I have recently opened an account after meeting Victor who came to my current site as he was passing. We had a good chat and he was very helpful. He dropped us a bag of free gifts and since the first order everything has been tip top. Good pricing, attentive service but not stalking me for orders. Huws Gray is the new place to go for me and Huws Gray have a Smashing Assistant Manager is Victor. Nice chap. Definitely recommend!

   Popped in for some material quotes as I will be starting a new build in the new year and unfortunately the staff seemed a little cliquy and stand off ish in regards to their customer service. Maybe as the shop is a bit tucked away they only serve their local regular customers with a smile but maybe they should try greeting new customers a bit friendlier, the store lost out on a big order today due to lack of basic customer service, not good in such a competitive sector. Travis Perkins were exceptional
