What truly sets Dr. Al-Memar apart is that he is a wonderful human being before anything else. His kindness, humility, and reassuring approach brought great comfort to my mum and to our family.     visited the New Malden Diagnostic Centre for an MRI scan and injection for my sciatica and flipped disc I was impressed by the professionalism and efficiency of the staff. The receptionists were friendly, efficient and the technician made me feel at ease. The facility was clean and well-organized, and I appreciated how quickly I got my results. The overall experience was excellent. I highly recommend this center for anyone looking for reliable diagnostic services.”

    The nurses at the appointment were very unprofessional, rude and they talked badly about the doctor and the service offered by new malden. When taking blood from the baby they were pinching her veins trying to squeeze out blood and told the patients mother that the doctor had briefed the patients parents incorrectly and the only way to get blood would be to pinch the child repeatedly. The entire experience was very distressing and not something you ever expect, especially when going private and paying so much money. Since the appointment we have been trying to organise a call with the manager but had no luck. I would not suggest booking here.

    Had an appointment for my 2 year old and booked appointment for 8:30am. The nurse turned up to work 45mins late - receptionist didn’t seem to care or even apologise. When the nurse finally arrived she announced that she couldn’t do it because it requires numbing cream to be applied 45minutes before and she needed a second person to help her with a child’s appointment. The receptionist and the nurse were extremely curt and blamed us for not applying the numbing cream (which no one had mentioned at any stage - nor mentioned when we were sat in the waiting room for 45 minutes) It’s extremely frustrating as we have had the appointment for 2 weeks at this point and I don’t see how they could he so unprepared and frankly unprofessional

    Nothing is ever on time in this place. Always seem to be running at least an hour late. The consultants are great, but the organisation needs some work!

    Very rude receptionist / very unresponsive. Would happily chit chat flicking through paper work whilst knowing i am standing there for several minutes. Unprofessional conversation with fellow receptionist referencing people as "idiots". Perhaps they need to speak to themselves in the mirror.

    The medical staff where great but the two receptionist where rude, unhelpful and they where more interested in what they have for lunch and who wanted tea or coffee ?

    Very rude receptionist (blonde hair and blue eyes). I didn’t even get to explain the emergency situation and she abruptly stopped me and said “we don’t see patients and you should have an appointment” As if I know an emergency would come up!
