Max was extremely knowledgeable and very reassuring. Our dentist, Richard, has looked after us for years, offering tips and important feedback to our kids who have needed the occasional nudge to maintain the health of their teeth. They have grown up with him, and as such, they trust him, even when it came to having extractions before being fitted with their orthodontics.
