βIβve had my eyebrows done a couple of time here now and they do a brilliant job. Itβs a nice welcoming salon and has the bonus of a great coffee shop attached. Will be back.β
Located in the heart of New Malden, this holistic wellness center provides a sanctuary for families and professionals seeking natural health solutions. βAlways LOVE my experience coming to The Works. Gabriella is truly talented when it comes to manicures - always takes the time to listen to my (wacky) requests! Thanks so much!β
βCoco Hair & Beauty have been doing my hair for the past 5 years and I have never been disappointed with the outcome. I use to colour my own hair but since Koo has coloured my hair it is in better condition because of their natural products they use. Guess that I wouldn't be going to the same hair dresser for 5 years if it wasn't a good experience! The beauty part of the salon, Reeya, does waxing, facials, massage and she has so many tips for her clients. In total a great experience. Thank you!β
βReally good spray tan, very friendly good experience going again soonβ
βWarm, compassionate listener very much centering on the needs of the individual and how the twists and turns of life affect them. Helen has been instrumental in helping me to know and understand myself better than I thought possible, raising awareness of habits and learned behaviours and equipping me with the means to respond with improved insight and understanding. I'm still learning but my life is richer and more fulfilling thanks to Helen's support which I value and appreciate so much.β
βThe pretty purple hair girl helped to cut my hair. I donβt know her name but sheβs a nice person and she cut exactly the length I want. Iβm glad with the outcome. I paid Β£50 for the service that includes washing, blow dry, cutting hair as women.β
βI visit this place only because I've known Aiman for 4 years. She was previously based at the Morden branch, and I followed her to Coombe, though it is a lot further away. Now I find out she no longer works at Coombe on Saturdays (which is really frustrating!) and has been moved to Worcester Park. The owner seems clueless about managing his staff and is constantly rotating them around different branches. Aiman is brilliant at her job and if she leaves, I would not be visiting. See how the owner deals with losing long-time customers! I've seen the owner previously and the guy lacks basic manners and doesn't seem to know how to behave around customers and walks in when the clients are having private treatments. He has increased the prices at Coombe though the state of the place is in a poor condition including the toilet. It's the staff that are lovely and make clients revisit; definitely not the state of the place or the greedy owner!β
