    My 6 month old and I attended a 4 week baby workshop course with Emma. My baby and I really enjoyed all of the sessions and found them really interesting and useful. Emma showed us how to use reflexology to address issues such as digestion, teething and sleep. She also showed us how to do the techniques at home and provided clear and comprehensive handouts. I have been using the techniques at home with my baby and have seen great results, especially with my baby’s digestive/reflux issues.
