I had fillers done recently with Margarita and honestly, I’m so impressed with the results! She’s super friendly, professional, and really knows what she’s doing. The whole experience was relaxed and I felt completely comfortable in her hands. The results look amazing—so natural and exactly what I wanted. Can’t recommend her enough!
I was initially reluctant to do anything cosmetic, but the hairdresser at MJ Medispa recommended Margarita. She assured me that I wouldn’t regret it and that Margarita was absolutely amazing and highly skilled with Botox. What I didn’t know—and what they never disclosed—was that Margarita is in fact her mum. I bumped into someone else who knows them and they told me. This is why the hairdresser was trying so hard and convinced me to have a consultation with Margarita. When I attended the consultation appointment Margerita immediately honed in on my insecurities, suggesting a long list of treatments to “help me look amazing.” Luckily, I only opted for a couple of treatments. She was recommending fat burning injectables for my belly and all sorts, anyway I decided to try fillers with Margerita to reduce my under-eye bags and the deep frown line on my forehead. However immediately after the treatment I developed a noticeable puffy bulge next to my nose, where Margerita had also injected the filler. I immediately sent Margarita pictures, as the swelling was really bad, it was like bulge. Margerita casually brushed it off, advising, this is common and can easily be resolved. She advised me to massage the area and if that didn’t work, to contact her again. It didn’t work, I called her back after a few days. She finally agreed to remove some of the filler. This also didn’t work. She said ‘don’t worry, it will go, just continue massaging, she offered me no refund for the wasted filler, but I didn’t ask either as I was more focused on getting it corrected. She told me it was inflammation and would after a few days, however weeks later it was still there, I was so worried and text her again but she then completely ignored my messages. I threatened to contact the beauticians association, but she did not care at all. To date she has offered no apology, or anything else. I was too embarrassed to take it further in the end and luckily after a year or so, the nerve seems to have gotten a lot better. Stay away from this woman. She is a fraud and not a professional. I believe she is using inferior or out of date products that she gets for cheap. She used to tell me she goes to her country often for business, when she didn’t reply to my messages. I have now learned from real professionals that fillers should never be put in the areas Margarita had put them, due to sensitive nerve endings in those areas, hence why I had prolonged puffiness. Even now, 18 months later, I can still notice it, but luckily it’s not so noticeable to others, as people used to ask me sometimes what happened there. Looking back, the red flags were there—but as I had no prior experience of getting fillers I had no idea. Margarita never had me fill out any forms regarding my health or medical history. She just focused on her relentless sales tactics, and unfortunately, I fell for her lies. Please be cautious and stay far away from her. Always do your research and go to recommended and well established practices. In response to your reply: I would like to say I’m just a person you conned, so please go ahead and report me. I have the receipts and pictures to prove exactly what you did. You expect me to be professional, yet your response is full of spelling mistakes. You're the business here - you’re the one who needs to be professional.
I had waxing done in this shop many times and every time I have it, I love it more. The waxing is careful, professional and a high quality treatment. The therapist is Margarita, the most attentive professional I have seen. Helen.
I stumbled into MJ Medispa and Hair Salon last summer as I was desperate to have my hair cut and my usual hairdresser was fully booked. And I am so pleased that I did! Marianna has been doing my hair since July and I cannot recommend her enough. Please please go and see her if you can, she’s the best cutter, and hair highlighter I have ever met. Reminds me, must book to go and have my hair done!

I absolutely love this salon and spa. Very special and personalised approach. Mariana is an incredible stylist and colourist and she is exceptional at her work. She really takes care of your hair and advises you on how to get the colour that you wish without damaging it! This is priceless because she is very professional and she also has such a great way with her clients which is really important! I highly recommend Margarita as well for waxing and aesthetic treatments as she uses highly rated products and she knows and recommends what is best suited for your needs. Both ladies are the best professionals and will not disappoint at all!
Mariana is so talented. After visiting quite a few salons in Putney she is by far the best, and has taught me how to make my hair healthier. I have very fine/thin hair and she does the best cut and colour to make it look so much better! She is so friendly and knowledgeable, I highly recommend her to anyone looking for talent and a pleasurable hairdressing experience at a very reasonable price.
Excellent services, haircut and facial! Marian is very friendly and kind with excellent skills. Margarita did great job as well, she has a lot of knowledge of what she is doing, I felt comfortable and relax while the facial. Definitely will be back!
A wonderful waxing experience that was very woman positive. Was treated kindly and generously. Well priced and lovely people- had a nice, girly chat with the receptionist and the owner of the business is incredibly skilled. I’ll definitely be back and could not recommend more.
