I love Lagoon. Excellent staff, service and the only place you should go to in Wimbledon to have a manicure, pedicure and any sort of waxing!! They look after you so well. 10/10. Keep it going.
I had the most incredible experience at Lagoon! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and completely at ease. I booked a Brazilian waxing with Jiin, and I have to say—she is an absolute expert! She was so gentle, caring, and precise that the entire process was practically pain-free. It was, by far, the best waxing experience I’ve ever had. To top it off, I treated myself to an OPI pedicure with Chika, and she worked absolute magic on my feet! She transformed them into two lovely jewels, leaving them smooth, polished, and gorgeous. The attention to detail and care she put into the pedicure was simply amazing. If you’re looking for a salon that offers exceptional service, skilled professionals, and a relaxing atmosphere, look no further than Lagoon Salon. Highly recommend!
I had such a wonderful experience at this nail salon. The staff is polite and friendly, and they really take time to listen to what I want. The colour options are beautiful, with so many cute choices. The salon is also clean and has a relaxing atmosphere. I’ll definitely be coming back!
Excellent service and customer care. I visited the salon with my wife, as I've got older it is more difficult the look after my toenails. The Lagoon therapist was kind and highly skilled, taking great care to ensure my nails were filed correctly to avoid any problems with ingrowing toenails. Thank you to the therapist for your assistance. My wife was also impressed with her treatments, a shellac manicure, pedicure and relaxing facial. A picture of her nails is attached. Thanks Lagoon, we will be back for future treatments.
As nice and clean as the salon is, and as friendly and professional as the staff are I’m very dissatisfied with my manicure after my first visit to this salon. Firstly I was sat in the pedicure chair for the duration of my 2 hour appointment, even after the pedicure was over - this resulted in a smudge on my toe which had to be redone last min and obviously smudged even further after I left because fresh polish was re-applied 10 mins before I had to leave. I had gel overlay (my own long nails) for my mani, 3 of them lifted within 3 days. I had to go back the next week - which I must say was happily accommodated and my hands were redone and the technician was indeed very sorry which I appreciated. Unfortunately the same thing happened again. I had to get nail glue to rescue the situation - I was out of town over Christmas so unable to come back. Had to go to another salon in the end after a painful nail break - and due to having them done at Lagoon twice within a week - my lovely long natural nails were too weak by this point and had to be cut down by the second salon. That’s the first time that’s ever happened to me after getting my nails done for many many years now - so needless to say I’m upset that I’ve lost my lovely long nails. For the price I was charged - well over £100 I’m extremely disappointed. What a shame. Strange you can’t find my ‘presence’ considering I had to fill in a lengthy form to get registered onto your customer database. Thanks for the acknowledgment of my poor experience though. I’ve taken my business elsewhere now.
Another happy pampering day today at Lagoon:) I've been to Lagoon for almost 5 years and had most of services; Gel manicure, pedicure, massage, waxing & facials. The salon is always spotless, and the staff are well skilled and caring. I've left the salon today with well polished nails & glowing face after receiving Gel Manicure, Gel Spa Pedicure and BB Glow facial. Eyelash extensions my next plan to have at Lagoon as I saw a lady having her lash extensions done beautifully.
I would not dream of rating this place any lower than 5 stars ! This is an extremely professional salon with very high quality standards and possibly the best one in Wimbledon where clients are made to feel welcome and valued. They also try their best to fit in walk-in appointments as I had the opportunity to witness during my last visit. I have had manicures, pedicures and waxing there on various occasions over the years and I am always impressed both by the quality of service received and the value for money. I last visited over the week end and Jungok is excellent when it comes to waxing. I would highly recommend her. She is exceptionally thorough and will take the time necessary to deliver an outstanding service (i.e., she will not hesitate go over a freshly waxed area with tweezers to make sure there is no hair left). She is also very light handed which makes waxing almost relaxing and enjoyable.
Had manicure, pedicure & facial for the first time ever at my wife's favorite salon, Lagoon Wimbledon. A bit embarrassed start with, but soon feel comfortable with the friendly staff. The services were fantastic. My hands & feet are soft & sparkly clean. Had a deep sleep during the facial. The face massage was really good. Within seconds I fell in sleep! Many thanks for the great services. I wll definitely come back.
Back to Lagoon :). It is my favorite salon in London whenever I visit to the UK. It's always clean and the staff are welcoming & friendly. This time I had a Gel manicure and eyelash extensions top up. As usual, they are beautifully done. Thank you very much for the lovely work!! Definitely coming back on my next visit to London.
