   I've done lots of waxing with Olha today, and she is nothing short than EXCELLENT. She's professional, kind, gentle, she communicates with you all the time and always tells you the next steps. She has an enormous attention to detail and the oil she puts on you smells really nice. The wax has a clear colour, which I also liked. The place is clean and the receptionist is smiley and helpful. Thank you. I'm going back tomorrow for a pedicure.

   I’ve been doing eyebrow waxing at this place regularly and very happy with the service. It is a bit pricier than other places but it’s great service and they use good products- the aloe Vera gel smells so good. Team is always friendly.

   I have been visiting Arumi for a few months and I will never go to a different clinic. I absolutely love the facial treatments and such good value for money. Therapists are super kind and take time to listen to what your facial concerns are and what treatments will help. I wish I had found them sooner! :)

   Super friendly and professional staff. I go regularly for waxing and it is the most comfortable experience. It’s super clean and they are always on time. They also have a loyalty system so if you book your next appointment in advance you get a small discount on your next treatment. Reliable, efficient and friendly service. Highly recommend.

   Arumi always provides excellent services for all types of treatments. I particularly enjoy getting facials from there especially since they make me feel incredibly relaxed and comfortable. I also get regular pedicures from there with no issues and it is by far one of my favourite places to get this sort of treatment that is why I always come back here. The customer service is great and again, one of the many reasons this is my go-to place for almost a decade. Theresa, Anna and Victoria are especially knowledgable, thoughtful and friendly. Would highly recommend this to anyone who is looking for great beauty salon offering amazing quality treatments.
