   Had a lava shell massage, it was heaven! Love the ladies and the management that run this place, ru relaxed atmosphere and Hope was so sweet and professional. I also had a facial with her last week and I fell asleep I was so relaxed! Highly recommend! Good prices and they’re doing offers on various things so go and treat yourself!! Covid safe etc

   Awful service. The beautician did not keep the skin taut at all whilst waxing . Did mention it multiple times and she said 'oh i dont know anyone who keeps it taut thats wrong' - dont know where she got trained from awful. Anyone knows that keeping the skin taut makes it much more pain free for the client ( especially a first time waxing client) . She needs to go a retrain ASAP . not worth it save yourself.

   I had a manicure and pedicure here prior to my daughter’s wedding. From the start I felt uncomfortable. I was a little early and was told rather abruptly that they wouldn’t be ready for 5 minutes. No welcome. The manager was on the computer not attending to other clients. She was the most unfriendly ‘therapist’ I have ever encountered. I don’t think she smiled once and her attitude/energy was hostile. At one point she told me directly how tense I was! I wonder why Kate? She did a good job but clearly needs some further training in basic communication skills.
