“Throughout our travels, we have been fortunate to experience private tours of many cities and sites throughout the world. I can unequivocally state that the tour with Adrian was the best that we have experienced. Imagine taking a history class with your favorite professor and realizing that the class is over before you know it because it was so interesting, entertaining and informative. From offering suggestions on where we can save time so as to maximize the number of sites, to going out of his way to park in the shade so that we can return to a cooler vehicle, his efforts were much appreciated. “We did the black taxi tour. Hands down the best part of our trip to London! Ollie is not only super friendly but also incredibly knowledgeable—like, knew all the cool facts and hidden gems you’d never find on your own. Not to mention he is a pretty great photographer and you’ll get some awesome pictures along the trip. We got to see so many iconic sights up close and personal, and the whole experience felt really special. If you’re in London, this is a must-do! “Our tour guide, Rachel was the best! We had just come off of a fairly active cruise around the United Kingdom with 14 stops and we had already spent 2 jam packed days in London. To say we were tired is an understatement. Rachel, tailored our day with some walking and a ton of history. This lady knows London inside and out! I really wanted to see Abbey Road. She even snapped some pictures of us in the crosswalk. We also had Sunday Roast in a little pub. The perfect end to a great trip.”

“Really recommend Becky and her team for starting or continuing pole dance. I’ve been to a few pole schools in London and the South East, and haven’t had the same welcoming and community feeling as I have with Becky and team. I joined in Jan 2020 just before the pandemic, so only had a short time before moving online (then back in studio again) but Becky handled the transition so well and made everything as easy as possible. “Try to go on one of the “steam days” when they have the giant steam engines working. The engines are a similar type and size to those used in the titanic. There’s a nice cafe inside and places to sit. Lots of informative displays dotted about the place. There is plenty of parking. Buy tickets in advance for busier days. In the same area is the waterworks steam railway.”

“Absolutely fantastic. All these airplanes look so good taken care of. You might get the impression that you would be able to just climb into the pilot seat and fly off. It is extremely wonderful to see that these machines have been so well taken care off. Free entry, no ticket needed, everything you ever wished for. And if you are happy in the same way that I was, leave some money there.”

And a wonderful collection of old film, from news reels, cartoons, film trailers and who can forget the Pearl and Dean adverts.”

There is a good amount of beginners, intermediates and experienced fencers to test your mettle against. “Always love going to museums where ever I go to take in the local perspective. It is free entry with donation recommended, which is easy once you see what this place has to offer. This would have been one of the larger sites I have visited in my travels. It has a large variety of collections spanning several floors. I really enjoyed most of the galleries I saw, with their interactive displays that complement the static representations. We literally spent all afternoon their until close and still didn't get a chance to see the whole building. Missing out on the Darwin, and some of the green sector. From what we did see the rest of the place would be just as amazing. Since it's free entry it can definitely be a 2 day walk about. The place is large and requires a bit of sauntering. There are lots of benches and presentations that you can sit while you watch. Which is nice for those who have mobility challenges. Overall, a great visit but if you really like to hit every inch, it's a whole day visit so keep that in mind.”

“Wow—what a fantastic visit to the National Maritime Museum! It’s free to enter, which is amazing value, and the café is lovely with reasonable prices. The children’s play areas and interactive sections are excellent and kept the kids fully engaged. A brilliant day out for families.”

“I had a great stay at Adagio Sutton. Great hotel equipped with contemporary facilities. Rooms are very cleaned , good breakfast and beds are extra comfortable. Location wise Sutton train station is in a stone’s throw away distance. There’s a train goes to central London in every two minutes. There are a bunch of nice bars, cafes & restaurants nearby. Above all hotel staffs are very friendly & professional. Their customers service are second to none. I recommend this hotel & I had already made a reservation for next summer.”

“From your first step when you walk into the hotel up until you leave, you are treated like royalty by the stuff who can't do enough for you. The cleanliness all over is next level at this hotel. Breakfast serving is absolutely the best I've had at any hotel and they even have 24 hour coffee to enjoy the lovely lounge area. And then a selection of frozen foods and snacks for you to prepare and enjoy your kitchenette of your room. What a find. What a treat.”

“Stumbled upon London’s Roman Amphitheatre beneath the Guildhall Art Gallery, and it’s amazing from the entrance! This 2nd-century ruin, discovered in 1988, is a hidden gem showcasing the City’s ancient roots”

“Wonderful calming atmosphere - nice furniture, good lighting, Classic FM gently playing. But not the place to go if you're in a rush! I visited a couple months ago and will return soon. The owner makes lovely strong coffee (I had the macchiato, so I'm sure there are gentler brews!) and takes great care in making sandwiches to order. He's an elderly guy so he's quite slow, but I didn't mind at all. And all for such a low price that I forgot I was even in London!!”

“I had a really nice stay, booked myself a private room number 7 with bathroom. It had a big window that opens fully into the inner yard, was lovely. Breakfast is super, English breakfast served by very nice ladies. The place is greatly located next to Hyde Park and metro lines.”

There is a supermarket and a Tesco near which makes it easy if you may want a late night snack or simply forgot to pack. The restaurants in the area are really nice. Mezimso food was amazing. “This was a great hotel! The location was really convenient for sightseeing and catching the train. Lots of decent restaurants nearby that I strongly suggest you check out instead of the restaurant across the street. A few convenience stores nearby too that came in handy. The rooms were clean and spacious, my only slight complaint are the faucets in the bathrooms. They made a huge mess everytime I washed my hands. But overall, awesome property and I highly recommend!”

“Have stayed here twice and have been blown away both times. Rooms are beautiful, great attention to detail with the treats in the room, everything is clean and the facilities available are fantastic. The Spa in particular was a wonderful experience, the staff are so warming and knowledgeable, and the massage was 10/10. The breakfast has a fantastic selection, proper quality ingredients and you can order cooked dishes off a menu if you wish. Will definitely be back. From the moment you arrive to the moment you leave, the staff are so friendly and will look after you. Was also very useful when I had a concert at the O2 as you could just go down this long corridor that connects to the O2, so no needs to go outside!”
