    London Tours by Taxi

“Throughout our travels, we have been fortunate to experience private tours of many cities and sites throughout the world. I can unequivocally state that the tour with Adrian was the best that we have experienced. Imagine taking a history class with your favorite professor and realizing that the class is over before you know it because it was so interesting, entertaining and informative. Adrian's years of experience in providing tours, his in-depth knowledge of London's history, and his consummate professionalism made for a wonderful tour. From the beginning of the tour and to the end, Adrian did not miss a beat. He greeted us on time, at the designated location, dressed professionally and ready to discuss our customized itinerary. If you don't have a preference, then he will suggest the sites that you shouldn't miss while in London. His level of experience becomes readily evident as he navigates the streets of London by minimizing traffic areas and through his uncanny ability to find parking in the most difficult areas. Unlike many private tours that limit their involvement to a drop off and pick up at various sites, Adrian personally guided us through the site and provided informative and entertaining information for each site. Other tour companies charge extra for such services. Throughout the day, Adrian's continuing efforts to create the most enjoyable, informative and efficient tour for my family became readily evident. From offering suggestions on where we can save time so as to maximize the number of sites, to going out of his way to park in the shade so that we can return to a cooler vehicle, his efforts were much appreciated. We went on a few other private tours in other locations during this trip to Europe, and none of those came close to the quality, experience and value of our tour with Adrian. Thank you Adrian for a wonderful tour. Go Arsenal !!!”

“We did the black taxi tour. Hands down the best part of our trip to London! Ollie is not only super friendly but also incredibly knowledgeable—like, knew all the cool facts and hidden gems you’d never find on your own. Not to mention he is a pretty great photographer and you’ll get some awesome pictures along the trip. We got to see so many iconic sights up close and personal, and the whole experience felt really special. If you’re in London, this is a must-do! Highly recommend it for anyone looking to explore the city in a fun and unique way!”

He kept us and the story moving on but at no point was it rushed and there was lots of time fif questions and just general chat. If you want a fun, interesting and informative tour of a part of London literally steeped in hundreds of years of history, then this is one for you! We will be back for another tour.”

“Our tour guide, Rachel was the best! We had just come off of a fairly active cruise around the United Kingdom with 14 stops and we had already spent 2 jam packed days in London. To say we were tired is an understatement. Rachel, tailored our day with some walking and a ton of history. This lady knows London inside and out! I really wanted to see Abbey Road. She even snapped some pictures of us in the crosswalk. We also had Sunday Roast in a little pub. The perfect end to a great trip.”

“Really recommend Becky and her team for starting or continuing pole dance. I’ve been to a few pole schools in London and the South East, and haven’t had the same welcoming and community feeling as I have with Becky and team. I joined in Jan 2020 just before the pandemic, so only had a short time before moving online (then back in studio again) but Becky handled the transition so well and made everything as easy as possible. All 4 instructors are so friendly, patient and knowledgeable, coming to BB Pole Studio is my favourite part of my week”

“In the bustling heart of the city, there lies a sanctuary of beauty and relaxation—a nail salon that stands out not just for its impeccable service but for the artistry and care it brings to every client. This is not just a place to get your nails done; it is a haven where beauty meets precision, and every visit feels like a luxurious escape. From the moment you step inside, the ambiance envelops you in a sense of calm. The soft, soothing music, the gentle hum of conversation, and the faint scent of lavender create an atmosphere that is both inviting and serene. The decor is chic yet understated, with a modern touch that speaks of elegance and sophistication. It’s clear that every detail has been thoughtfully curated to enhance the experience. The staff, with their warm smiles and attentive demeanor, make you feel like a valued guest. They are not just technicians; they are artists, each with a keen eye for detail and a passion for their craft. Whether you’re opting for a classic manicure, a bold new nail art design, or a rejuvenating spa treatment, they take the time to understand your preferences and deliver results that exceed expectations. The quality of the products used is evident in every stroke of the brush. From the rich, vibrant polishes to the nourishing creams and oils, everything is of the highest standard. The salon prides itself on using brands that are not only luxurious but also safe and gentle on the nails and skin. It’s a commitment to quality that ensures your nails not only look stunning but also remain healthy and strong. What truly sets this nail salon apart, however, is the experience it offers. It’s not just about the end result—though that is always flawless—but the journey there. The gentle massage as your hands are pampered, the meticulous attention to detail, and the sense of relaxation that washes over you as you sit back and let the experts work their magic. It’s a moment of self-care, a chance to pause and indulge in a little luxury. In a world that often feels rushed and chaotic, this nail salon is a reminder of the importance of taking time for oneself. It’s a place where beauty is celebrated, where every nail is a canvas, and where every client leaves feeling a little more polished, a little more confident, and a lot more relaxed. So, if you’re looking for a nail salon that offers more than just a manicure, look no further. This is the place where beauty, artistry, and relaxation come together in perfect harmony. A visit here is not just a treat for your nails—it’s a treat for your soul.”

There is a good amount of beginners, intermediates and experienced fencers to test your mettle against. As someone who has started in his mid-30s I've definitely enjoyed my experiences at LFC.”

“Always love going to museums where ever I go to take in the local perspective. It is free entry with donation recommended, which is easy once you see what this place has to offer. This would have been one of the larger sites I have visited in my travels. It has a large variety of collections spanning several floors. I really enjoyed most of the galleries I saw, with their interactive displays that complement the static representations. We literally spent all afternoon their until close and still didn't get a chance to see the whole building. Missing out on the Darwin, and some of the green sector. From what we did see the rest of the place would be just as amazing. Since it's free entry it can definitely be a 2 day walk about. The place is large and requires a bit of sauntering. There are lots of benches and presentations that you can sit while you watch. Which is nice for those who have mobility challenges. Overall, a great visit but if you really like to hit every inch, it's a whole day visit so keep that in mind.”
