βMain things you want to know: I stayed here for a room of one. Room was big, room service was provided only if you asked (which I prefer), and they have a restaurant you can order breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Something came up with my visit and I traveled to Oxford to stay with a friend. When I checked out early, the staff seemed concerned and wanted to see if they could fix any potential issues. I made them aware it had nothing to do with them specifically, so I hope management reads this comment :) If I have family and friends who want to visit London in the future, Iβm 100% suggesting this place.β
βI had a wonderful stay at Premier Inn and would like to give huge thanks to Emine for her exceptional customer service. Although the room was freezing cold when I first arrived, Emine immediately stepped in and went above and beyond to resolve the issue quickly and efficiently. She was incredibly warm, friendly, and reassuring, and made sure I was comfortable throughout. Her positive attitude, professionalism, and genuine care completely transformed what could have been a negative experience into a very positive one. Emine is a real asset to the hotel and a credit to Premier Inn. Thank you so much for your kindness and outstanding service.β
βFrom the moment I arrived at the London Marriott Regentβs Park, I was an emotional wreck. I had just discovered that the home Iβd booked through Booking.com was suddenly unavailable, leaving my family and me stranded with two small children in a foreign city. To say I was upset would be an understatement. But the moment I stepped into the Marriott, everything changed. I was greeted by Thanuka, whose kindness and calm demeanor immediately put me at ease. He didnβt just check me in β he checked on me. His empathy and professionalism turned a very stressful situation into one filled with comfort and care. The entire Marriott team went above and beyond to make sure my children and I were taken care of. From arranging a smooth check-in to ensuring we had everything we needed, they truly embodied what hospitality is all about. Every interaction felt genuine β like we were being looked after by family. What started as one of the worst travel experiences Iβve ever had ended up becoming one of the most memorable, thanks to this incredible team. I cannot thank them enough for their compassion, attentiveness, and warmth. If youβre considering where to stay in London β choose the Marriott Regentβs Park. Not only will you find comfort, but youβll find a team that truly cares.β
βI had a wonderful stay at 100 Queenβs Gate Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome and taken care of. The hotel is beautifully designed. Our room was spotless, well cleaned and arranged, spacious, and beautifully decorated. peaceful and relaxing the atmosphere was. we canβt wait to return.β
βAbsolutely wonderful experience at the hostel. Location is as good as it gets, the rates were super affordable and the staff is the most lovely and welcoming Iβve ever found. The kitchen and lounge areas are a nice plus! Free luggage storage too!! Big shoutout to Aitor and Collin for being super helpful and lovely all the way through, will definitely stay again!!β
βWe are very happy with our visit at this hotel. Fatima has made our experience exceptionally good. She helped us with every question we had it was very courteous. NurseryI will definitely visit this hotel Itβs my next travel to London.β
βMy husband and I had a great stay at this DOUBLETREE hotel thanks to the wonderful hospitality shown to us by the people who work there. We want to give a special shoutout to Akanksha at the reception who made us feel very welcome as soon as we checked in and also Avinash and Dase who took good care of us during breakfast and dinner at the bar. We will always remember their exceptional services which made our London trip extra memorable.β
βThe front desk was super helpful in getting me a booking in person since I was having trouble booking online. The room was decent for the price. One of the towels was dirty when I arrived but the staff quickly replaced it for me. This location is one block from the tube. Plenty of good food options close by.β
βThe DoubleTree by Hilton is conveniently located near Prince Regent and Pontoon Dock DLR stations, as well as London City Airport. Situated right next to the London Excel and overlooking the Gallions Point Marina, it offers an ideal setting for both leisure and business visitors. My family and I visited for a Christmas get-together meal, and our experience was excellent from the start. The entrance is welcoming, with cheerful and attentive staff ready to assist. Opposite the reception is a mini-store stocked with essential goods, though prices are on the higher side. There are inviting breakout areas for guests who wish to work or have a quiet chat, set apart from the bar and restaurant. These spaces are conveniently located near the spotless, well-maintained restrooms. The spacious bar offers a wide selection of drinks, although port and sherry options were limited during our visit. Depending on the events at the Excel, the atmosphere remains pleasantly peaceful, making conversation easy. Comfortable and plentiful seating adds to the relaxed ambience. The servers were attentive, knowledgeable about the menu, and provided excellent hospitality, with a special mention for Lucas. He took the time to clarify menu choices, which was a thoughtful touch. Guests can choose from both bar and restaurant menus, with prices more reasonable than many other London restaurants. I particularly enjoyed the Cajun wings, and was delighted to find that, in addition to sorbet for guests with dietary restrictions, a delicious passion fruit tart was available. Portion sizes for the main courses were generous and satisfying. Even as crowds from the Excel arrived later, the lively atmosphere enhanced the experience without becoming overwhelming. For sports enthusiasts, there is also a large TV for viewing. Overall, I highly recommend visiting for drinks or a mealβit's a standout choice compared to other venues in the area.β
βUsual Ibis standard. Clean, tidy and comfortable. Staff very friendly. Breakfast great! 10 min. walk to Canary Wharf Jubilee Line station and then one tube stop from O2 arena and at least a third the price of hotels on peninsula - What's not to like?β
βPerfect location nearby Trafalgar square and a couple of minutes walk from the Holborn tube station. The rooms are fairly big and clean. The bed was comfortable. 24x7 complimentary coffee and tea is available at the lobby. The crew was very kind and welcoming.β
βIn the heart of London clean, calm, small a boutique hotel. I many thanks to Mrs. Florinda and her friends.β
βI went to visit a friend of mine, she lives in that building for long time already. She loves that place. It's pleasant and safe place to live in.So good.β

βi had an exceptional stay at this hotel from start to finish. the service was truly excellent - every staff member i interacted with was warm, professional, and eager to help. the room was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel made the experience relaxing and enjoyable. a special mention to the staff, who went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. their attention to detail and genuine care really stood out. i highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning.β
βStayed at this Holiday Inn just South of Regents Park near the heart of London for 5 nights at yhe close of August 2025.. It's close to the tube & other forms of public transportation aa well as pubs, restaurants, cafes, museums, etc. etc. The hotel hallways were a bit dated but the rooms were nicely appointed with modern amenities. The breakfast buffet had everything except an omelet station. Their coffee machines made any type of hot drink imaginable. I had a couple of cappuccino every morning & they were much better than Starbucks. Their restaurant & bar were open until 11p.m. & room service was almost all day. For the price, this hotel just can't be beat for its location & amenities. Lastly, the staff were always dressed to the nines & incredibly polite & helpful. Book your next stay in London & you'll be glad you did.β
βExcellent location in walking distance to many sights, and our room had a view of Big Ben! The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome with a lovely surprise in our room after learning it was our first time in London! Restaurant downstairs was great too for a quick and easy bite. Good value.β
βGreat service from the team, very helpful and approachable. Rooms and breakfast was typical of premier inn, had good nights sleep. We stayed over Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. There are few disabled parking places and as it was not so busy the manager was kind to allow parking on Christmas Day. Location is 10-15 mins walk from Covent Garden with lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. Only recommendation would be to have some Christmas cakes for breakfast in the future.β
βReally enjoyed our breakfast here! There was a great variety of fresh food, and the buffet was always well-stocked. The pastries were warm, fresh, and looked amazing. Itβs a very family-friendly place too β thereβs a little toy area for kids in the restaurant, which was a nice touch. Our table was downstairs, and we found a cozy little reading corner tucked away with lots of books. It made the whole space feel extra inviting. The staff were all really friendly and polite, and everything just felt well taken care of. Would definitely come back!β
βAmazing boutique hotel and staff. Some people complained about construction and noise but we didnβt experience any. As of our stay Nov 19th 2025, it was done. Renovated rooms looked great, very nice amenities, bed was ok but not as comfortable as it can be for a Marriott property, a bit short for a 6β2β person and pillows were a bit hard foam, the bathroom clean and spacious with very nice heated floors. Breakfast was great, restaurant staff were externally friendly and helpful, Murat, Marc, Nilam, and Palak were all amazing, thank you team for making our stay special. Will definitely come back. Very conveniently located in central London, close to train station and shops. Friendly and helpful front desk staff. Would recommend this place and I would stay here again.β
βOur fifth time staying here. The bar/dining area has been, very tastefully, renovated. Staff are excellent, professional and friendly (special mention for Ash, who is excellent) Rooms are fairly basic, but clean and tidy. Everything you need really. Location is great, with 2 tube stations within 3 mins walk and the, interesting, Spittalfields area 2 mins away. Will definitely be back. Thanks to all the guys who work there.β
βThis is a really great hostel, especially if you need access to Kings Cross. It was literally a three or four minute walk from there. I booked an all female dorm room and I was the only one there. Everything was great. There was a heater as well and a nice view across the street. Only issue is the shower in the bathroom kind of flooded a bit and itβs pretty cramped. But besides that I really enjoyed the friendliness of the staff and appreciated their cute little cafΓ© and pizzeria. The lobby is a little bit condensed, but thatβs to be expected and a busy high demand area.β
βJust checked in earlier tonight - here for a week. Love that I can use points to cover a large part of my costs so that this trip is affordable. Rooms: nice room, easy to access internet, TV works well with lots of channel options. Iron and hair dryer included. Plenty of towels. A nice welcome letter as a platinum status card member. Only bad thing is the heat was on and stifling in the room--quickly turned it all off and opened the window to make a comfortable temperature. It really isn't that cold out to have the heat on. Could use a larger suitcase table or a second one for the carry ons we all have. Service: staff super friendly and nice. Big smiles on their faces when I checked in and came down later with questions. Location: it is close to Hammersmith Tube Station. Problem is bad signage - you can't find it! You'll see a big sign a few feet down a side street - it needs an arrow - you need to go down the side street to the hotel otherwise you'll walk right by it like I did. It is on the side street where the Subway--between the Lebanese Organic grocer and Subway.β
βExtremely impressed with the quality and cleanliness of the service. I was allowed an early check in and a bump up to a slightly bigger room which was spotless! Breakfast was delicious and the staff were pleasant and professional. I would stay here again if I was to visit London as this is out the way of the main city but close enough to a station to travel in quickly.β
βI stayed here last week and had a wonderful time. The room was very well cleaned and had a decent view out to the main road + the matresses were soft and comfortable. I really enjoyed their free breakfast as well. The next tube station is just a 10 minute walk away which is super convenient. (Bus even less with just a 2 minute walk) The staff was very pleasant and even assisted me with a call when I ordered some food to the hotel. I'd definitely come again. :)β
βMy stay at the Crowne Plaza London - Kings Cross was fantastic. The hotel's location is extremely convenient, just a short walk from King's Cross station. Our room was modern, spotless, and quiet, providing a very comfortable stay. The true highlight, however, was the service. I must specifically commend the Front Desk Manager, Janith, for his exceptional professionalism. He went above and beyond to resolve a small issue with our booking, handling it with incredible efficiency and care. His commitment to guest satisfaction was truly impressive. Thanks to the excellent service and great facilities, I highly recommend this hotel.β
βFantastic hotel in a quaint part of London. Was surprised to see that there we many restaurants around and a large variety of shops. Also, Andreina at the front desk was absolutely fantastic in helping us ensure that we had everything we needed for our stay. She was very accommodating and understanding of our travel requirements. Would highly recommend this hotel.β
βVery easy to get to from Heathrow Airport. Direct Piccadilly line train. Central location with very clean and comfortable rooms. All staff were very kind and helpful even with my many questions! I recommend and will book again.β
βPretty much a near perfect stay at Manor House travelodge. Location perfect, right on top of Manor House Picadilly line tube. We'd booked a standard room as only there one night, but we were surprisingly updated to a superior room for free and no real reason. We didnt eat there but will when we return sometime. Also all staff we encountered were friendly and cheerful. Bed comfy as well which equals a good nights kip. All in all, recomended.β
