Great service from the team, very helpful and approachable. Rooms and breakfast was typical of premier inn, had good nights sleep. We stayed over Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. There are few disabled parking places and as it was not so busy the manager was kind to allow parking on Christmas Day. Location is 10-15 mins walk from Covent Garden with lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. Only recommendation would be to have some Christmas cakes for breakfast in the future.

We stopped for one night on 23rd Dec and the staff that evening were extremely helpful and accommodating. Thank you team! The evening and breakfast food at the restaurant was fresh and hot. The location is quiet and not too far from Oxford Street which was great for getting back easily after seeing the sights and shopping.

Usual Premier Inn hotel. Very clean inside. Room was just like others we've been too. Automated check-in machines, but you can ring the bell for help, which we did to store our luggage. Receptionist was really helpful. Breakfast was good. No complaints here. The outside of the hotel looks a bit naff, but that didn't bother us. About 5 mins walk from Holborn tube station. Area feels safe too. I'd be quite happy to go back there.

I stayed with my wife and two daughters and found the accommodation pleasant and comfortable. The room was a bit small for four people, but still large enough for sleeping and washing. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. The staff was friendly and always available: they responded to all my requests and cleaned the room even when I didn't specifically request it. The international buffet breakfast was good. The location is excellent, allowing you to easily walk to many of the city's attractions.

The rooms are fine as is the location. What lets this Premier Inn down is the speed of service in the restaurant. If it's busy then you're in for a wait. While waiting to be seated I had 2 staff members walk right past me without even acknowledging me. Having said all that, it's a big hotel and is well located. Your closest Tube station is Holborn which is on the Central & Piccadilly lines

The staff were absolutely lovely and helpful, no fault there. But the room was not to a high standard I would expect from Premier inn. There were pen marks on the bed, the shower wasn't completely clean and marks on the basin area. It did the job but for the £150 average I paid for 2 nights plus £10.50 for each breakfast .... Not worth the money by far. Fun fact though: they do vegan bacon and vegan sauasage on request.

Finally a 3* hotel in London that is actually nice. We stayed in one of their upgraded rooms, which was in excellent condition - almost new. The air conditioning was easy to operate and worked. Maybe a little on the noisy side but it didn't bother me. Bed and bedding were comfortable. The room was very quiet! The lifts worked. We had a few issues with room keys which were ironed out without too much fuss. Will definitely come back.

Great stay at this Premier Inn, staff great and very helpful. We were able to drop off our bags before checking in as stayed elsewhere because of the train strikes. Breakfast is buffet style, help yourself. All well stocked and hot. Room was good, clean and perfect for our stay.

Make sure to use Hᴏᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking any resort. This site will compare hundreds of booking websites and usually will have prices a lot cheaper compared to others! Thank me later! This place is one of the most well known in this area. I've been staying here for a very long time. If you decide to stay here you definitely won't be let down. Superb location within London for theatres and many other attractions. Hotel was very clean and all staff were attentive and helpful. Own restaurant on the site for wonderful breakfasts and a varied and reasonably priced lunch and dinner menu. Nothing negative to report and highly recommended.
