This hotel offered great value for our 7 night trip to London. Its location near the Hammersmith underground station was a huge win. We were able to connect to everywhere we needed with ease. All the essential shops you could need are within a 10 min walk from the hotel. Rooms were decently sized, with reasonable soundproofing. Beds were comfortable enough (not amazing, but no major complaints). Hotel was clean and rooms well cleaned. WiFi worked well. Breakfast wasn’t the highlight, but it had a few essentials that gave a fair start to the day. It is next to the train tracks, which you can hear depending where in the building you are, but it didn’t bother me. Staff were helpful and responsive. Overall, a great combination of price and location that worked well for our group.

Arrival - I arrived around 5pm and was greeted with nice staff and checkin was easy. Room - The room was adequate and fine as I was only staying one night. I was given a soft and firm pillow and there was a sign saying I could ask for another soft or firm one if I needed. There were also signs saying I could ask if I needed any other things like combs, face cloths, sewing kits etc. There was an ironing board and an iron as well as a hairdryer and kettle with tea and coffee bits. I didn’t hear any of the other guests through the wall or anything so sleep was really easy and the room had aircon and a heater as well. Food - I had an included breakfast with my stay in which we could go up and serve ourselves. There was the usual cereal, yogurt, fruit, toast as well as the cooked bits like sausages, bacon, hash browns and egg. Hot drinks and porridge. The only thing I’ll say about that is that the hash browns weren’t cooked enough and they only served scrambled egg not fried or hard boiled. Overall decent for one or two night and can’t complain.

Just checked in earlier tonight - here for a week. Love that I can use points to cover a large part of my costs so that this trip is affordable. Rooms: nice room, easy to access internet, TV works well with lots of channel options. Iron and hair dryer included. Plenty of towels. A nice welcome letter as a platinum status card member. Only bad thing is the heat was on and stifling in the room--quickly turned it all off and opened the window to make a comfortable temperature. It really isn't that cold out to have the heat on. Could use a larger suitcase table or a second one for the carry ons we all have. Service: staff super friendly and nice. Big smiles on their faces when I checked in and came down later with questions. Location: it is close to Hammersmith Tube Station. Problem is bad signage - you can't find it! You'll see a big sign a few feet down a side street - it needs an arrow - you need to go down the side street to the hotel otherwise you'll walk right by it like I did. It is on the side street where the Subway--between the Lebanese Organic grocer and Subway.

The room for four people was quite small, though it was clean and tidy. The location is very convenient, close to the metro and within easy reach of London’s main attractions. Overall, a decent stay if you plan to spend most of your time exploring the city.

Nice hotel, a bit basic but aligned to the good quality standards of the chain it belongs to, rather that to its three star level. I had a clean and wide room. Too bad there was no wardrobe for clothes, just some hangers, and no fridge. Good breakfast, friendly service.

Excellent 1 nights stay. Great location close to tube stations and on a road with many shops, bars and restaurants. Service Excellent. Rooms spacious, comfortable and clean. Nice breakfast. Have stayed here twice and will definitely stay again.

So looking for a more reasonably priced hotel IN London, and not on the fringes of the town. Holiday Inn is, of course, well known brand, but at this relatively low price? It was outstanding. Well maintained, did not look tired, was clean and modern. ALL the staff were pleasant and helpful...and there was a full breakfast included...amazing. the rooms were well appointed...definitely a keeper. 10 minutes walk to the tube station.

Great hotel, nice breakfast. There are some good deals on the web, like for 2 nights this hotel is only £30, or spend £15 for a breakfast voucher. Keywords to include: Good hotel, good breakfast, cheap Product Review: Well this is a nice hotel. It's clean and the staff was friendly. The breakfast was good, with a wide variety of food. The hotel is also right next to the tube station.

Nice hotel with fair price, room with A/C which is important during hot summer. Friendly staff and we were able to check in a bit earlier when room was ready. Breakfast was plenty, and also a nice pub the Plough & Harrow is just down the hotel. Only things to note that the room is pretty small - there was almost no space left other than the beds; also the location is bit far from core London - however there are two underground stations nearby about 10 minutes walk, so as long as we got familiarized with the underground, it was not an issue.

Enjoyed a pleasant stay at the hotel, that I found family friendly. Very nice and quiet room with a bathroom that could offer a proper hot shower with good water pressure, something many hotels can't offer. Big plus. Nice and very helpful people at the reception prior to and during our stay. Feel bad for the kitchen service staff though, they appeared to need more hands. They did everything they could to keep up, but on our last morning there everyone had to wait for even the basic foods at the breakfast buffet and the staff obviously did ALL they could. We are very happy with our stay at the Holiday Inn Express London Hammersmith though. It's a very nice and comfortable hotel that offers a pleasant break from the busy beautiful town of London.
