Great rooms for a great price! My wife and I stayed here in September and really enjoyed our time at this hotel. It is in a wonderful location, in a quiet part of Holborn, but there is still great pubs nearby. The only "gotcha" was the hotel bar, it's not really one, as they have a partnership with the restaurant. It wasn't open during our time here, but it didn't ruin anything as there were some great pubs around. Would likely stay back at this hotel when we come back to London.

Great hotel at a great value! Very convenient to Soho, Oxford Street and the West End theaters, but not in the middle of busy & touristy Covent Gardens. It's also located across from a lovely park and near the Holburn tube station. The hotel may be small, but it's very modern and I had a wonderful room with views of the London skyline. The staff is exceptionally friendly too. I'm definitely coming back.

Perfect location nearby Trafalgar square and a couple of minutes walk from the Holborn tube station. The rooms are fairly big and clean. The bed was comfortable. 24x7 complimentary coffee and tea is available at the lobby. The crew was very kind and welcoming.

Very friendly and helpful staff, especially Yusuf at reception. The rooms have been renovated recently and are very stylish. Clean rooms and very comfortable beds. Toilet is spotless and well stocked with essential. Has complementary teas and coffee at reception and water bottles are available at reception and all floors. The rooms also have coffee machines and a kettle as well as some snacks.

We had a great stay here! We got there much earlier than our check in time and had requested early check in but the room wasn’t ready yet. They did have bathrooms downstairs for you to refreshed up but one of the hotel managers, Alex, noticed us waiting in line for the bathroom and heard about our long flight so he pushed our room to be ready for us! Thank you Alex! We really appreciated the hospitality. The rooms were standard but clean. The location is unbeatable and the staff is incredibly friendly.

This hotel was a real find, we thought it might be a little far out from the centre but we're pleasantly surprised to find that it only took 8 minutes to walk to Covent Garden. The whole hotel was immaculate and smelt fresh and the reception staff were really friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and tidy, had a very powerful shower and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The location was surprisingly quiet with a park opposite. Whilst the hotel does not have a bar, it has a pretty courtyard where you can sit and enjoy you own Alcohol. All bar one was just round the corner but was more like a wine bar than busy pub. The George pub in great Queen Street was a traditional pub with real character not like chain establishments.

Nice hotel which is well situated centrally and near to a tube station. Staff were excellent. Room was clean, warm, spacious, and the bed was comfortable. 1 star dropped as the air conditioning didn't appear to function properly leaving me to have open the window, nor did the phone (I had to use the loudspeaker when calling) and there was some small drainage issues in the shower while in use where the water lingered. The breakfast option was poor, and the layout of the hotel isn't great. Only the right-side lift goes to the lower floors where breakfast happens, for example. Besides that, a great stay for both nights. Would recommend for location and quality of staff.

The hotel is very clean, comfortable and within walking distance of Chinatown, Leicester Square, Picadilly Circus. Rooms are very nice and the staff is very corteous. Loved the hot chocolate and tea, they always have at the lobby. Will stay here again when I come back to London again. Highly recommended

Great location for Covent garden within about a 10 minute walk. We had to check-in in the early hours and the night staff were welcoming and friendly. The room was nice and the bed was really comfortable. There's no restaurant or bar in house but there's plenty of places nearby to get food (and there's no end of bars). We booked early so the price wasn't too bad for a central London hotel. Would stay here again.

Great location. Clean. Complimentary coffee at the lobby. Nice breakfast. We spent 3 night, no housekeeping. Apparently you need to ask for it. Friendly staff. Great air conditioning. Need to make some video conference calls? There are a few meeting rooms available downstairs and the rooms are equipped for a team meeting.
