An ideal location for visiting London. The rooms are large and the bedding is comfortable. The staff is very kind and helpful. I would like to express my special gratitude to Aakifah for her kindness, her warm welcome every morning, and her professionalism. Nothing but wonderful memories from this trip.

I visited was in london for business. The location is great , close to two big train stations. Close to many attractions within 50 walking distance. The room I was in is very Old, shower has no door. So everytime I take a shower, the floor is wet. Room service is terrible, they dnt clean really..they just make the bed. I had to ask for my bed sheets to be replaced, the floor to be vacuumed, the bathroom to be cleaned properly. But still the cleaning was not good. They need to train their staff. Breakfast was included, the options were good. The staff were nice and tried to help. Food was ok, but I had a. Issue with contamination between meat and cheese, they should pay more attention. Meats were all pork/pig. Would be nice to have other options like turkey. They has chicken but was next to the pork so It was contaminated. Overall, the hotel needs some work and getting staff to do their job.

The hotel is 15-20 mins walk from Kings Cross or there is a No 63 bus outside the station to the hotel. On arrival it was a bit hectic as clearly a busy hotel however check in was ok apart from not registering our card so we could not charge anything to our room. Walking to the hotel through the day was fine but once it was dark it felt slightly intimidating with a few bunches of youths hanging around in small gangs. We booked a premium room with two double beds which was quite comfortable but they never restocked tea, coffee or biscuits at any point during our 3 night stay. There was a bottle of complimentary water in the room and a notice informing us if we had forgot anything such as razor, toothbrushes etc they can provide free of charge. We got shower caps sent to our room. The cleaning of our room was done daily and to a good standard and a great walk-in shower was appreciated. Breakfast was manic and loud and none of the staff spoke to you unless you approached them for something, no small talk on the menu. The breakfast food was okay just the usual fayre but the omelettes had very little taste. I have never stayed at a hotel where there was so little interaction from the staff which included reception, everyone seemed far to busy to say good morning or engage asking how are you today or are you enjoying your stay. The hotel was soulless but met our needs for a brief stay in the capital.

Very excellent service. The hotel has overall good facilities and it’s reasonably close to the station. I wanted to extend my thank you to Weronika at the front desk for her warm smile and amazing hospitality. We stayed a few days and it was always nice to have a conversation with her, she’s knows London well and gives good recommendations which is hard to find nowadays in hotels. Most receptionist just look off google maps, but she’s great. She is a major credit to this hotel she honestly deserves a raise for all she does! Thank you.

My stay at the Crowne Plaza London - Kings Cross was fantastic. The hotel's location is extremely convenient, just a short walk from King's Cross station. Our room was modern, spotless, and quiet, providing a very comfortable stay. The true highlight, however, was the service. I must specifically commend the Front Desk Manager, Janith, for his exceptional professionalism. He went above and beyond to resolve a small issue with our booking, handling it with incredible efficiency and care. His commitment to guest satisfaction was truly impressive. Thanks to the excellent service and great facilities, I highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed two nights and found the room to be of high quality and more spacious than usual for central London. It was exceptionally clean and not tatty like so many London hotels. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were crisp. The reception, breakfast and bar were all lovely. The underground was a 15 min walk away but you can also order yourself a taxi if you don’t want to walk.

Decent location, about a 15-min walk from Kings Cross and 2 km from the Thames. The service was not that good (they didn’t recognize my IHG membership, they didn’t upgrade my room as they should have done with my membership status, and when I asked for shaving cream, it was never delivered). The gym is decent and not crowded. But the rooms were clean and comfortable.

Initially I had thought that location was a bit away but found it very handy. It is easily connected to public transport and able to visit all local destinations with no issue. The property was awesome with excellent facilities - from staff, room and breakfast. We checked in at 2am with no issue. They in fact upgraded us to two double beds. We loved our stay there. Happy to stay there in future

Great new hotel, very clean. The rooms are spacious and well layout. The bed is very comfortable. The bathroom is small and not really efficient. Breakfast is excellent with a great amount of choices of food. Service is very good. Unfortunately we did not like the location very much because it is 15 minutes walking from any the tube station for that reason it is not convenient for tourists wanting to do sightseeing. Also the area doesn’t have much to offer for restaurants.
